Charleys is always my go to when I don't know what to eat. I have the rewards and I definitely utilize it. I have been to 4 different charleys in my area and all of them have been amazing. Keep up the good work everyone and please know there are people out there like me who do appreciate the hard work. I was General Manager of a Jimmy John's and I know how hard it is! I appreciate you all!
The cashier wasn't listening to my order I had to reorder and reuse my debit card and then he charged me double for my order and the second order I hate that one then they brush it off like it's ok

Ordered 4 sandwiches and some loaded fries. All sandwiches were chicken california. Every single sandwich had DRIED OUT chicken on it! The fries were very salty from the bacon or something. I will NEVER go here again. Waste of $45

I’ve been to several Charley’s locations, and this is definitely one of the better ones. Nice, updated location conveniently located in Tower City Center. Easy to access via any of the rapid lines.Sandwich and lemonade were good as always.
