Pop machine has been broken the last 5 times I have been there. Sometimes they decide to close to the public and do online orders with no notice until you get there during lunch hour. Consistently can not provide change for cash orders, but they charge you the difference in change instead of it being on them.

I've been to this location 4 times and they're always out of guacamole. And everytime it's the same story, "we are making it now itll be another 20 minutes or so". Everytime like it's a script.

This place has gone so far downhill, post pandemic, they should just shut the doors and be done with it. This place can’t even keep in stock the basic items - brown rice, veggies, fountain drinks, napkins, forks, etc… And this at noon on a weekday. The employees are rude and it’s apparent that they don’t want to work there. Random shutdowns of the line are frustrating, only taking online orders, with no notice. Find someplace else to eat if you are in downtown Cleveland.

Vegetarian options: There's no meat options and tofu called sofritosParking: Luckily to get a spot. Have to leave car parked in front of restaurant with your hazards on just to run in and get food

This place is complete trash (in my opinion) I work locally and have been here dozens of times. I've witnessed employees screaming at each other, employees screaming at customers, and to top things off, I often can't even get food when they claim they're open. Mr Hero around the corner at least takes my orders no matter when.

My daughter had an emergency inside this location and not only was the staff very attentive.but whoever your security guy is did a wonderful job taking care of her. She’s only 16 and we were not able to be there,so I wanted to thank everyone who helped her and kept her calm. What an amazing team! Love,her mom.
Worst location, and employees have the worst attitudes. Meat is not as good as other locations

This Chipotle either needs a major overhaul, or it should be closed all together. I work in the office building next door. Every time I go here for lunch I say I'm never going back. Pick-up orders are always incorrect, the restaurant is ALWAYS out of multiple ingredients, cheese and chips taste like they have been sitting out all night, the staff is impatient and rude, and the drink/utensil area is always a mess and missing forks and napkins.I'm providing this feedback in the hopes that someone will see it, and turn this place around. It is really a shame, and the poor reputation is well known throughout the corporate business community in the downtown area.

Truly the most horrifying Chipotle I have ever experienced. Walked in to security throwing out a man uttering threats and greeted by impatient rowdy customers in line yelling to be served faster. When I got to my turn I ordered 3 tacos. The woman serving me was incredibly short and rude, and misheard me several times in my order- I actually ended up with 4 tacos but I was too afraid to correct her after I’d already been snapped at. The trays were all practically empty with her scraping from the bottom of basically all of them, the chicken was dry crumbled and burnt. Ice not working in the fountain machine, incredibly filthy in that area also. Not sure how corporate lets this location function like this, overall a horrible experience and I rarely write a negative review. Rude, slow staff, low quality and understocked food, unsettling atmosphere, dirty. I am from out of town and came for some familiarity in Chipotle but left feeling awful

Lady of as rudest lady I ever met. Waited a long time to do an order and they mentioned they were out of sour cream and vinaigrette. I waited and then she’s like I ain’t got no carne asada. I’m like that wasn’t mentioned in what you don’t have. Rudest stuff, dry looking food, horrible horrible staff. Do not waste your time here!
