My first time visit was awesome coupled with exceptional friendly customer service! The ice cream in any flavor is smooth, creamy and simply delicious. FYI some items come with one topping only and there is a fee for each additional topping. Their sundae menu is off the chart amazing, so many variations I've never seen, and to choose from! I highly recommend inner city residents and visitors to the city of Cleveland to visit this place for an awesome experience to treat your "taste bud" craving for ice cream!?. You'll not be disappointed!?. This place is located a corner street making it easily visible from the main road. The building grounds are very well kept, neat and clean, FYI at this time there is no outside seating at this location(West Side). I'd like to Thank the staff for an awesome and amazing experience! To everyone else grab the family and "Go"!?.

I go up there a couple of times a week. With the family for the past 2 years twice there was mistakes. Never went back for the remake third time mistake. I went to go for the remake. And the manager would not let me demand it to know someone's name that I did not have and. Would not allow me my remake which is no problem. List will take my business elsewhere.

Service was exemplary. Friendly, accommodating, speedy. They have three little tiny lanes of parking, so you can stick your car in there or go on a side street. The large twist was, well, large. Go there!

Been the go to ice cream spot since I was a teenager. Its ifficaly summer once they r opened and my family is there atleast more times then I can count thru the summer..reasonable prices and great customer service with plenty of options to satisfy anybody's sweet tooth
