The establishment said only two servers were there for lunch, so it took a long time for everything. The server did his best. The salmon was perfect. However, the pecorino risotto was very crunchy. I do not recommend. I was told the veggies had to be mixed in, so it was not good. I would substitute it for a different side if you go with the salmon.Lots of good options on the menu.

Let's start with the good. The cuts were delicious and cooked to order. Our appetizer dip and French onion soups were tasty! The server was friendly, informed, and timely. On the other hand, we received one of our drinks with a fly in it. (Does that mean flies are in the alcohol bottles at the bar?). Flies were also flying around our table. The mashed potatoes that came with the $50+ dish was instant - what kind of steakhouse can't make homemade mash??Overall, for the price paid for a three person dinner, it wasn't worth it. Even though the cuts were good, I don't think I'd go back to Cleveland Chop.

The atmosphere, service, and food are wonderful here. It's a chill, upscale restaurant with a diverse menu and tasty food. The staff is attentive and friendly. The food is delicious; I recommend any steak and the mashed potatoes. Good vibes with private booths and tables, light music playing in the background. The menu is a bit pricey, but a perfectly cooked quality steak is what I was served. Will be back!

Steak was flavorless and cold for 60 buck ribeye. My date sad the same.Carrot cake was one of he best iv had. Brussel sprouts were great as wellSweet cornbread was okay my dad is a huge fan. It has bits of corn in it. It’s okay but to me it doesn’t pair well with a high end steak. Expensive but over a very mid experience. With all the hassle of parking and downtown I would rather go to long horns.

We chose filet oscar along with their mashed potatoes and the corn gnocchi. The steak was perfectly medium rare and seasoned extremely well. Overall, we really enjoyed the ambience, the food and the service. They have a solid menu with reasonable prices.

We got the shrimp cocktail (added a lot more horseradish to mimic St Elmos sauce), calamari, salad, ribeye w/ mash potatoes and mushrooms n onion, french onion soup, carrot cake, and a few drinks. Great experience, food was fantastic, nothing to complain about. Calamari was fantastic nice marriage between the sesame seed, wasabi cream, and apricot sauce. Carrot cake was delicious. And naturally, the steak was delicious with a great sear.

We went to Cleveland shop for our Valentine's Day, and had an amazing dinner. Our waitress was delightful and the food came out as ordered. We try to get here two or three times a year and are never disappointed.

Ok overall it was a great experience and the restaurant was beautiful inside but I'll break it down individually: Drinks: They were strong in the good kind of way. The options were a bit basic and boring. Was hoping for a bit more creativity. I resorted to drinking their house blond ale because I couldn't justify paying for another boring drink. Apps: We the steak cigars which were phenomenal, I can't recommend these enough. I would've been satisfied if I just had these as a meal. 11/10. Main dish: We both got a filet, I had the 10 oz cooked medium and my date had the 8oz cooked medium. Both of them came undercooked, the 10oz was closer to rare than the other. We didn't mind because the quality of the steak was amazing (could literally cut it with my fork if I wanted to) and the flavor was excellent. If it were any other cut of steak we would've sent it back. I also had the white cheddar mashed potatoes which were excellent and the Thai sesame brussel sprouts which were meh. They were good but not $10 good. Service: Everything was brought out in a timely manner especially for a busy Friday night. Our server was nice and well mannered enough but they weren't very knowledgeable about the menu and just a little weird in general. It didn't ruin the experience at all but for the price I feel like they should've had better insight.

I would not return. Out of Dewar's scotch. Lengthy time to deliver food which was over-cooked. Steak Diane was a 2/10. Service was only fair. There are plenty of better Steakhouses nearby. Not recommended.
