Almost perfect! Service was great - I didn’t love my initial cocktail and without being asked, the server wanted to replace it for me. The meal started out really wonderful with the dips and oysters were spot on. The cold noodles were probably our least favorite as there wasn’t enough sauce in it to keep it from being sticky in our mouth. Didn’t love the potatoes, either but I was near full at that point.

Food was excellent. We had three small bites, fried chicken, and a burger. Our service was less than awesome - cracked cocktail glass, slow service, and empty waters most of the meal. Would not recommend given the service experience.

Food was excellent, server was fantastic. My friends and I go out every Wednesday for dinner (been doing this for about five years). We try to pick a different place every time.In regard to the food, our waiter and the ambiance, the place is at least a four star. Where it gets my three star overall is it's way more expensive than it should be. I can deal with a $19 Margarita but when it comes in a very small glass - about 1/2 to 1/3 of a normal size that's when it's overboard. My corned beef was excellent but with no sides or anything else for $35, also seems a bit much. Same situation with my friends meals and drinks - all great but all overpriced or in the case of the drinks, way too small for the price.I doubt we'll ever go here again but not for the lack of quality or service. Just feel like if we're going to spend $100 a person, we could get much more at some fantastic other places.

Beautiful space and absolutely delicious brunch! I always want bigger tables because of how much we order but they make it work. They are very attentive so plates are removed promptly for other dishes to come through.

I hate to give a bad review but we did not receive the kind of hospitality that this place advertises. We had a 9pm reservation but did not get seated until about 9:25pm. When we arrived a few minutes before our reservation, we were told our table was being cleaned, which was probably untrue given that the dining room was packed. There was a couple ahead of us also standing and waiting likely in the same situation. We weren’t offered seats at the bar, the high tops that were completely empty, or any apologies for that matter. It would’ve been understandable if we showed up without a reservation and had to wait. I’ve dined at a ton of upscale restaurants in NYC in 4 years of living there and never had this experience.Service-wise, the waiter, an older gentleman, truly saved the day. He did a wonderful job explaining the dishes and was diligent in checking in on us. We ordered three of the party snacks. The trout dip and jammy eggs were delicious. The carrot muhammara was just ok to me. The Brussels sprouts came “bone-in,” which to some might be creative but to us, it was just a hassle to eat and the bottom pieces tasted like regular roasted Brussels sprouts due to the flavorful bits being on top. We also got funeral potatoes and corned lamb, which were good but weren’t that memorable. The star of the show was the citrus carpaccio. It tasted like spring in the best way possible. We ended our meal with the daily scoop. The food itself was good but it did not make up for the sour start that we had with this establishment. I could not fault the waitstaff for this as it was likely management’s fault in overbooking.

I dined there with my son and we both purchased the belly up tasting dinner. At $85 a person every course came out and we had to split it! 1 short rib 1 salad on a plate etc.. when I asked what would happen if there was only one solo diner getting the belly up they said it would be portioned smaller. For the price point I find it ridiculous. You could go to Dante’s in Tremont for five dollars more and get each of you a meal with every entrée that comes out.

I've had the absolute pleasure of dining at Cordelia twice. I've done the tasting menu both times, and every dish is delightful. The service is fantastic and very attentive. The wine menu and cocktails are exceptional. Do yourself a favor and do the tasting menu - you will not leave hungry or

Dietary restrictions: Their menu is marked with GF items. They do have a shared fryer. The server brought out veggies for me to eat with the pimento cheese instead of the crackers that come with the dish.

Outstanding. Cleveland is filled with tremendous food options, but one thing I try to seek out whenever I find myself in a bigger city such as DC/NYC is a place with a great tasting menu, which is something that Cleveland lacks. The bellie up menu at Cordelia absolutely fills this gap in the Cleveland food scene for me.My girlfriend and I received 5 courses, with each course coming with two different plates, so we received 10 dishes in total. Every dish was a home run, and they all fit the theme of "Midwest Nice" that Cordelia strives for. A perfect balance of new and interesting flavors/presentation, while still maintaining the feel of comfort food. I could go on, but you will just have to try this place for yourself.

I don't usually like to rave about a place because everyone's palette is different, but seriously, this is the best restaurant ever (at least in Cleveland). You might read the menu and think "wow, that sounds really good," and then it will exceed expectations. Cocktails are also awesome, and service is wonderful. It's best to visit Cordelia with a group, so you can order several things and share. Just try it!!Vegetarian options: Super easy to eat vegetarian here, and there are also options to make dishes vegan
