Covid review. Dining room closed and hours cut back as expected. Staff were very pleasant. I prefer their bagels to Bruegger's but this location is off the beaten path for me. I got the Nova lox bagel and a large cold brew. The sandwich was very good and the cold brew was excellent. Will return when in the neighborhood.

If ordering take out check your order! I was supposed to get 2 plain 1 Asiago 1 chocolate chip 1 cinnamon raisin in the family pack as advertised. Instead when I called and said they gave us the wrong order ( all cinnamon raisin and wheat) they said that's all we had at the time. That's unacceptable. Also the hash browns tasted like they were microwaved. All I can say is I will not be returning

Most everytime they toast the wrong side of the bagel. You can ask, show and explain it doesn't matter. Slice bagel place inside of bagel up toast. Panera also.

Always a great experience! Food is on point, coffee is delish, and the women that run this place are a Godsend to this campus. They keep me smiling and pushing on.

I came here a little later in the morning and they ran out of most of their bagels. I got the egg sandwich on a poppyseed bagel. So good. The staff were pretty helpful and patient but it was also not very busy the time. If I'm ever in the area again I would definitely go back earlier in the morning!

Food is good but service can be slow if somebody orders a sandwich. When the manager is working its great, if not, expect to spend your lunch waiting for a bagel. Liked it better before the fancy menu when I could get in and out. Always nice people working though.
This is the least friendly place to grab breakfast! The person that took my order was rude, inflexible, and unfriendly. The place is filthy, they use the same towel to clean all the tables, without washing it, the crap falls on the chairs

Stopped by today for a quick, inexpensive breakfast. We did get just that. I ordered this open face bagel thing with a garlic spread, arugula, tomato, cucumber and red onion on an asiago bagel. It was good. It had a fresh taste and wasn't overwhelmingly heavy. My boyfriend got a breakfast sandwich with egg, bacon, cheese and spinach. Overall he enjoyed his as well. They gave me an everything bagel, like donut hole thing that had a cream cheese like filling to try. It was super tasty. Much better alternative to a donut hole, with the same convenience as one. I would for sure return for a few of those bagel bites while on the run. Not sure it's a place I would crave for brunch. I will also say the customer service was on point, I couldn't remember if I'd ever been there before so I needed a bit of guidance and they were super friendly. If bagels are your thing, check it out.
