I have been calling to see if they'll be open on Christmas Day, but the phone cuts off, and it is during their advertised business hours.

Appears to be closed. Current sign in the window says they're on vacation beginning September 27th, but the front is filthy and looked abandoned when we attempted to eat there last evening.

So I’ve been to this place two times now, the first time we had decent service, but the second time the service wasn’t very good. The sir came to our table, but didn’t take all of our orders, and one of our guests got all their food before we even ordered. I’ve order the fried rice from there two times, and both lacked a lot of flavor. The place has a lot of options to choose fro,, some options not the best, but for the most part good. The sesame buns are good, as well has the pork buns. The silverware also didn’t seam that well cleaned. The first time we came, a tea cup had a lipstick stain, and the second time we came, one of the forks had a very sticky feel to it. In addition, the second time we came, the sir didn’t take my full order, I had ordered sesame buns, but they never came. Truly disappointed with the second time I came. Although, I’ve DoorDashed from here before, the food was very good, everything came, and they even included a free wonton soup, just pricy but that’s how doordash is.

The atmosphere was pretty cool at first and the wait staff were very friendly. However, the food and dim sum were very bland. I got the Sao Mai and everytime I ate one, there were inedible parts such as fat and stuff. Not good. Bland food and wonton soup was just okay. Good wait staff but not reccomended for the food.

Service and atmosphere was very nice, however the food just wasn't good. It tasted of cheap ingredients and artificial sauces. I won't be returning unfortunately.

I'm going to give my honest opinion I wanted to try the place for so long ?‍♂️I got the opportunity to go when I first walked in the establishment it was nice and clean and spacious ?‍♂️judging off the interior I thought wow I know this food is going to be good ?‍♂️ boy was I wrong if don't judge a book by its cover was a person lol spent 28 dollars on bland food crab Rangoon is my favorite and it was terribly salty ?‍♂️shrimp egg fo Yung was bland?‍♂️ gravy had a hint of sweetness I like the gravy to be savory with flavor ?‍♂️sesame chicken was bland with no crunch honestly it didn't taste like sesame chicken ?‍♂️the fried rice was not good the only options they have for fried rice is pork or chicken ?‍♂️the fried rice had no flavor once again?‍♂️ they definitely have a flavor problem and due to this problem I will never return or recommend to others?‍♀️

Stale spring rolls. Fried dumpling had zero flavor. Entrees were greasy and over sauced.

We were in cleveland for business this weekend. I found emperor’s s palace in yelp. It’s the best dimsum i ever had. I really appreciate how the dish is made with love. And the peking duck is to die for!!! The service is amazing and the place is clean and beautiful.

Looking for some vegan Chinese food? This is the spot! Great service, tasty food full of vegetables and flavorful. We went during the Cleveland Asian fest because the lines at the fest were long. We walked in and had no waiting. Food came quickly. Vegetables we all fresh and cooked to perfection. The prices are expected for the large portion sizes. The service was amazing! They even offered us a free side and made dinks that was not on the menu. Located in the historic Chinatown in a beautiful building along side of many other Asian own business. Totally worth the visit!
