Honestly, I had high hopes but was a bit disappointed. I got the chicken shawarma.. the taste was good but it was lacking a lot of the add ons that make a shawarma good. No veggies on it and little to no garlic sauce. The meat has good taste, but they need to tweak the toppings. I will say that I came from Ottawa, Canada which is pretty much the Shawarma capital of North America, so the bar is set high. Will return and try the plate next time. Also, need to add garlic potatoes to the menu.

My thoughts are mixed. The place is clean, McDonalds type of dining room. You order and sit, and then they serve your order to the table. The dining room was almost empty, so our foods came quite fast. The food is served on the cheapest foam plates with cheap plastic forks and tiny napkins.I tried the chicken shawarma sandwich. Although their shawarma tastes good, the portion size is too small for the price they charge. They had 2 huge chicken shawarmas on the grill, but the amount of chicken they put into a sandwich is very little. I obviously did not measure, but I guess they do not give more than 4 oz chicken meat in a sandwich and they charge $10 for that, which is like 7 bites of snack. That is almost $1.50 per bite, and $40 per pound of cooked chicken !!!Come on guys! Come to your self. You can own the world, but it is more valuable to own the heart of people who admires your food and wants to support you.I see that they expanded their store upto 3-4 times larger compared to their initial store.Places like you still offer shawarma for $5-6 per sandwich. You are just abusing the market of not having a strong competition. Show us your humanity before your food skills. Please do not respond to my comments with any garbage of food / labor and other costs. Every business has them, not only you.I will probably come back 5 years later just because of my friends, but not with my choice.Don't forget! There is a rise and there is fall.

This review will get updated upon the next visit. For now, the service is terrible, and the atmosphere is dated. Did not order food due to the lack of organization to get a table and food. It's a $hit show from the start. The lobby is packed with people placing orders and waiting for their food is a mess, let alone customers needing to keep track of who is next in line to place an order. The idea is to place an order and hope you don't cut someone, then wait in the same cramped lobby for your food, then find a table to sit at for your meal.Oh, and the menu is sparse and uncomfortably hard to read since you have to face and read over top of waiting customers to actually view it.You are better off calling in your order, then eat in your car/home, than deal with the chaos and awkwardness.

Food and service was on point. Got the falafel platter and a chicken shawarma with fries to go. The falafel platter was enough for 2 and so was the shawarma. It only took about 10 min for everything to come out fresh and delicious. 10/10 would recommend!!! The young guy behind the counter was super nice.

Their beef shawarma platter was one of the best meals I’ve had in CLE! The shawarma topped with the garlic sauce, chilli & pickle made every bite a delight and the potion was very generous. The gentlemen, that helped my family and I, also gave us amazing customer service as well. Run, don’t walk to get yourself this meal!
