Dropped in late at night after a concert. They were only serving apps so I ordered the wings at the recommendation of our server and they were some of the juiciest wings I've ever had. Highly recommend.

I'm really sad. We picked this spot out like 4 days in advance....we sat at the bar and politely asked for waters while we decided on our drinks. The bartender was dancing and I hyped her up, as I'm a hella friendly person. After a while I told my friend what kind of drink I wanted and went to the restroom, expecting they'd be made, or at least ordered by the time I got back. When I got back, I let her know we were ready to order whenever she had a second, and she gave me the "hold on" finger. My friend informed me he had already let her know we were ready, and that she acknowledged it. I said oh okay perfect..........We had to have sat there for at least another 10 minutes while she took shots with her team, did other unimportant tasks, and just..........refused to come and take our order????? Idk we were so confused. So he said "...Excuse me" again, to which she gave him the "hold on" finger again. Eventually we both got angry because what in the world foreal... we had to have been sitting IN THE MIDDLE of the BAR TOP for like 25-30 minutes at that point. Ain't no way we were invisible. There's no logical reason we weren't getting helped. Never been treated like that by our own people. We started feeling like "Did we do something wrong or something?" My friend said "is there any real reason you have not taken our order yet?" She looked annoyed and put her hand to her ear, as if she could not hear him. After 2-3x of him repeating himself and her giving him the same gesture, he said you know what forget it and waved her off which he only did after feeling so disrespected. She rolled her eyes walked away and never came back or brought someone else to see what the issue was or help in any way shape or form. Maybe shorty was drunk but we ended our experience with waters and took our business elsewhere. Disappointing cause they WHOLE drink menu was based off our city (Los Angeles) we traveled far and didn't get to try anything because we refused to spend a dollar there after that. Weird, lame behavior. Come to our Eventspace & Bar in LA and I'll retrain y'all bartenders for FREE. [email protected]

Today my bestfriend and I enjoyed a great brunch while we were in Cleveland. Our waiter Tia was soooo great with awesome customer service and great attitude. The food was soooo phenomenal I had the Edgewood breakfast with potatoes and unlimited mimosas… the food was so good I had to order more eggs and potatoes. The vibe was great. Went for brunch for my bestie's birthday. I had the salmon and grits and it was amazing! Our entire group was raving about how delicious their food was and our server/ bartender Tequila was a pleasure. I definitely enjoyed my 1st visit to Fins and Feathers. Also, I loved how they played music during commercial breaks and half time... great music too!
The fish and grits was amazing. The service was top tier and they even sang happy birthday to me. 10/10 would recommend.

WOW!!! We had an amazing time today at this Cleveland hidden treasure. Chareeka was our server and she made sure we have what we needed she even gave my friend orange juice today when his blood sugar was it dropping. We had the cat fish and grits & French toast and it was amazing definitely have to try this.!

Located right next to Progressive field. It's such an awesome vibe. The food was excellent. High-end take on southern favorites. Lobster and Grits and Catfish Tacos were excellent. Our bartender, Ebony, took great care of us. I highly recommend checking this place out. Drinks, music, and food were on point.

Service was horrible our server Mikayla T. was basically on a date with a patron at the bar while supposed to be waiting and attending to her tables , she slammed our drinks down when we requested refills mind you this was after multiple requests , the food runner honestly did more for our table and showed more guest hospitality than our server! This establishment automatically includes a 20% gratuity which is fine but that should not enable terrible service because their servers are guaranteed a tip! Definitely will order to go next time!
