Was standing at the bar waiting to order 2 drinks. Took 20 minutes for the bartenders to come over and even acknowledge me. Was not remotely busy, regular size crowd. I made eye contact, waved, and she even said I’ll be right with you at some point. Never came to take my order and served 3 other groups after.

Stopped in just walking by. Got some long islands which were great! We ordered the spinach and artichoke dip and that was absolutely amazing. With fresh made pita chips! 5 stars!! Thank you!

Stumbled in since it was next to my hotel, they were open early for a Cavs game. Great service, every staff member attentive to patron's needs. Delicious pub burget. Great prices too. Definitely recommend.

I am only leaving a 3 star because our bartender Lauren was great. The shepherds pie is horrible, I look Forward to ordering it whenever I see it on a menu and theirs is the worst we have had.

I'm not sure what happened the in the past few years. This place was an institution. Always bustling and always a good time. A genuine Irish (themed) pub. Lately? Not so much.I guess things evolve, but this is more like a decidedly un-Irish corner bar these days.The past few times I have been there spanning about a year and a half? two? years I have witnessed service ranging from inattentive to downright rude. Not just to me or my crew, but to others as well. Most recently, a nice elderly couple who just wanted to sit and have some drinks.One would have thought they were asking the bartender for one of his kidneys.I have not eaten there in quite a few years, so I really can't comment on the food.Drink prices are fine; you're not going to go broke here.But based on the service alone, I don't think I'll be back.
