Goldie's has amazing food, and you get incredible value from the buffet. The perogies are well-made, and the various meat dishes they have for brunch are the best I've had in the Cleveland area. Lots of traditional Jewish deli fare. A legitimate rival to some of the better-known places on the East side of Cleveland, if not the preminent sandwhich spot in the Greater Cleveland area.
Bought Hubby a Cornbeef Sandwich it was the best. Our first time and won't be the last time. The prices are also amazing

Good food, friendly service, and a welcoming atmosphere. The Frank Sinatra was good, loaded with tons of extremely thin sliced turkey, but it was missing something, like tomato lettuce or mustard. I like that it came with a nice soft kaiser roll instead of on toast that would destroy the roof of your mouth. The side salad was good, it had just a little bit of incredibly thin sliced red onion so it was overbearing. The salmon was good but holy smoke, the mashed potatoes and gravy were the real MVP. I had half a mind to ask for their recipe. The host and server was super nice and friendly. The owner came out from the back and was talking with a table of guests. The food and drinks were out fast. The atmosphere was good. There was a nice mural on the wall. Seating was designed for maximum capacity. Everything seemed newer and clean. The walls could definitely use some touch-up from the scratches, dents, missing paint, and kids' crayon markings. When you walk in, you can go left for takeout or right for dining. With the deli counter and menu on the left, I can imagine this place is packed during the day. The clientele is definitely old, 70s and 80s+. We were the youngest people there by 3 decades easily. There was good music playing like Stevie Nicks, Johnny Cash, The Eurythmics, and Fleetwood Mac. We would come back.Parking: Plenty of free parking

It's a great place, with a great Staff and great food. Like an old diner you could chill at all day.
I had the Strongsville Melt with fries today and it is arguably my favorite burger. This is one of my "go to" regular favorites on the menu especially the way they form the patty to fit the bread so I get meat in every bite. The steak fries are the perfect accompaniment to such a robust burger, better than the standard fries most places serve. Everything was cooked to my liking and seasoned just enough. I also enjoyed a piece of their own homemade apple pie which to me is the best apple pie I've had since my Grandma's, the pie itself makes this place a destination to me.I highly recommend you try the expansive breakfast menu from eggs and meats to waffles and pancakes served all day. From the corned beef or rueben and other sandwich delights for a lunch or early dinner to some of the best homemade soups or other diner fare you can choose from, you gotta try this place.

The owners, OWNERS are quite possibly the rudest people in the service industry I've ever encountered. Yuck.

Goldie's Deli & Restaurant in Strongsville, Ohio is the perfect stop for Breakfast, Lunch, or Brunch! To start the restaurant was relocated and redesign a couple years ago. So the inside is the prefect size, up to date overall, and very clean! The staff here was very kind and had some great conversations with us. The food hit the spot! We both got a Loaded Up BTO Omelet for breakfast with home fries and toast on the side. Was the prefect amount to fill us up. Pricing here is great for what you get back in return.I highly recommend you stop at Goldies Deli& Restaurant anytime you are near by!

My omelet was raw( eggs and cold), the homfries were cold,my daughters food was fine..the service was ok,but never given the opportunity to inform the server of my disappointment..she asked if I wanted more hot water for my tea..which I did not,put down the check and scooted off before I had the chance to inform her of the undercooked omlet..all though the omelet was on my plate not even 1/4 was consumed..I am a server and would have noticed the fact the omelet was on the plate uneaten and asked the patron if there was an issue w my food( politely of course), maybe she was inexperienced..( not sure), but also not sure if I will ever go back..if I do,I will not order an omelet again...
