Today February 21, 2024. I forgot my wallet at home I had to take my children to school And right after I desperately needed gas, I had $10 in change from doing laundry I went in to pay for my $10 worth of gas in quarters and the cashier tells me they don’t accept loose change they have to be rolled up. so I proceeded to tell her I’m on E, and I desperately need gas. She tells me it’s the owners rules…..! mind you, it’s still a little early there’s no customers in the store. I believe she didn’t want to count the change. I’ve been in Cleveland, Ohio 35 years and I have never encountered a gas station in the ghetto not accepting any form of Currency payments, because that’s the point in making money you accept the US currency! I can see if someone had $100 bill and they place it on the window saying we don’t accept $100 bills but when you tell me I can’t pay $10 in change that’s a problem! so to the cashier I was SOL….she didn’t care if I was on E! and desperately needed the gas. She wasn’t about to count $10 in quarters and she had gloves on. I had other problems along time ago with the cook that worked here. He got smart with me thinking he could talk to me any type of way! I don’t understand why I decided to come back to this gas station. Stop supporting businesses like this!!PS. I went across the street to shells, which is where I usually go. They accepted my change with no hesitation Or problem!

I was skeptical because of course it's in a gas station and you know what they say about gas station food. But I can assure you this food is made to order right in front of your eyes and tastes amazing!!! So far I've had their gyro and their clevelander Burger with fries oh my God I will keep trying more items on the menu. Do yourself a favor and try it and it is worth every penny! So good

If i could give 0 stars i would I just tried to order a gyro salad with extra stuff on it and the owner or whoever was cooking literally said he wasn't making it. How are you a restaurant and don't wanna cook?? He was talking to me crazy whining about not making his profit…now you’re not making any profit because you told me your not making my order. It doesn’t matter if a customer asked for the kitchen sink if you are a restaurant you have to make it. They charged me extra for the stuff which was fine but then they called me back and said “im asking for too much and to call uber eats” then hung up on me. This is the rudest exchange i have ever had and i want some type of repercussions to the restaurant for this. UNACCEPTABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! You just lost a valuable customer i use to come here all the time when i was little and now i can’t even order from here anymore because you guys and rude and unprofessional its not the same.

This is my back home spot. Every time I come to Cleveland, it's usually my first and last stop. The corned beef is always good, but you can never be disappointed with the amount of food that you get.
I brought my son in to grab food and while I was waiting a female customer walked up singing a dirty song and the gentleman behind the counter harshly yelled at her to watch her mouth around my son...I was beyond impressed. That small gestures of respect earned them a customer for life!!! On top of that the corner beef was amazing!!!

The manager and the lady with the short hair I think she african is rude and disrespectful they charged us for something we didn't buy then over charged and took the rest of my money when I called them and tried to explain they became disrespectful then I go up there to show proof still disrespectful I will never buy from them again.
