Been a long time resident of the aria and in the last year it is not as customer oriented as it was in the past. Complained about octoberfeast 12 bottles not being in the cooler. Who likes warm bear. 2nd visit it had not been corrected. Told to go elsewhere when complained again.How long would it take to put it in the walk in cooler and make the customers happy?

Been going there for years but lately if we show iup around 530 or 6 there's a note on the door, back in 5 minutes. But it's usually more like 15 or 20

The guys there for the past 5 years have always been awesome. They make sure I have my wine and seltzers. I'm never disappointed and it's like hanging with old friends. Very cool and laid back and always looking out! I will always be a customer there ?

years ago, I bought 16 tickets ( $320 ) of $20 scratch offs from their Lottery machine of the Same type of scratch off in 4 different spots in the same machine. the numbers of each spot were NOT in numerical order ( i.e. 30,29,28,27 ) I put each spot in 4 different pockets so I knew which of the 4 spots I bought the tickets. won $0 in 16 of the same $20 ticket in 4 different spots on the same machine !! there was a plastic holder on the wall close behind this machine, the store employee, a middle aged guy, said they were "not winners" but they did not even look scratched off, nor did he elaborate which why they were there nor what kind of OH lottery tickets they were. ( perhaps actual Winning tickets, that were removed from the rolls before placing them in that machine ?!) NEVER been back since...
