I Hop in Steelyard has some tasty food the service was okay but could be better and the dining room needs to improved. But all in all this IHOP is the go-to for good breakfast food.

This was absolutely the worse IHOP experience we’ve ever had. We waited 10-15 minutes to be seated even though the restaurant was empty. Then we waited about 45 minutes for our food. The pancakes were burnt and the other food was just as horrible. Everyone there had extremely dirty shirts. It seems like family members or friends were hanging out back there. I have no idea how this place is allowed to operate like this. It is the worse. We will never return even if they paid us.

Horrible experience, waited for an hour for our food ended up leaving because it never came, can't put highchairs in the aisles?? Where else are you supposed to put them? ? This place used to be nice now it's a waste of time and

the iHOP in the steelyard, Cleveland, Ohio was unfair to us. we waited for 40 minutes to be seated, when a couple walked in, requested an employee from the back, and because they knew that employee, they were seated immediately. favoritism over doing the right thing. very unfair practices going on at that IHOP.
