Completely unprofessional. I am typically completely understanding about mistakes but Jeffry was terrible to us. When we explained over and over that they got our order wrong he went to the person that put into the order and took their word for it! 3 people were in the car and heard EXACTLY what we ordered. I know exactly what I ordered!!!!!!!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!! I’ve never been treated like this! Insanely irritated!!!!!!!

Ordered a half BBQ Chicken and half pepperoni for delivery. When it got to us there was only BBQ chicken and my partner hates anything bbq which is why we ordered the other half pepperoni. I understand that mistakes happen but when I called to tell them about the mistake I was treated very poorly. The manager (Jeff?) went to the person that took down our order and quickly decided I made the mistake. There were 3 of us in the room when we placed the order and are 1000% sure of what we ordered. Manager told me that it doesn't matter because I was charged for what was delivered. What happened to paying for what I ordered??? WOW. Terrible. Couldn't tell you if the pizza was good or not because it was cold by the time I started eating lol. Had to order pepperoni pizza from dominos

We used JJs to help cater our son's first birthday. They were easy to work with and the food was great. One underrated feature I guess I would call it, the pizza boxes were perfectly sized to fit in our oven and our fridge! That brought me way more joy than it should have been but definitely a detail they thought through, so thanks!

Pizza is so good & they have so many different options from pasta/charcuterie etc much beyond pizza if you want extras! Family owned too and they provide such great service!

Pizza was just okay. I got the deluxe and the buffalo chicken pizza. had a lot of toppings which was good but not 2 medium pizzas for 46 dollars good. Could spend half that and get roughly the same from Dominos 2 blocks down the road. All for supporting local but not at triple the cost.
Have ordered delivery a handful of times. The pizza and sides have always been great and the delivery on time.

First pizza was fantastic. Second had very little red sauce on it. Third ordered with extra sauce on it which was great. Always order with extra sauce. I don't think they charge for extra sauce. The large 14" inch is a special deal. I always get the three topping.

Over the past 6 months, the taste and quality of the pizza has gone down. I recently ordered for the 4th time, all pizzas, and they were all less than stellar. Since the owner stopped being in the store all the time, the teenage boys aren't keeping the quality up. If you are a pizza shop, do not forget about that before you start making charcuterie boards for catering. I won't be ordering again.

Great pizza with high quality ingredients; fresh mushrooms, hand pinched sausage. I usually buy two pizzas so I've got one left by the time I get back home.

got a half sheet with sausage/green pepper, 20 garlic Parm wings and a 2 liter. a little pricey at almost 60$. the pizza was delicious some of the best in the area for sure. the wings were cooked perfect. my only complaint is the sauce on the wings was a bit bland. my advice would be less oil and more minced garlic and parm. overall I will definitely be ordering again and recommending this place for anyone wanting pizza in Fairview park. I can't wait to try the gyros next time!
