A few days ago I was placing a to go order on the phone ( understandable they are very busy during peak dinner times ) but called at 7 pm I was put on hold for 13 minutes, called back another 12 minutes, called back said pls don’t put me on hold the and he just laughed and put me on hold, after another 10 minutes they took my order, I ordered Hawaiian chicken with rice ( the rice was microwaved rice a roni lol) if your looking for adequate food and getting laughed at Joes is your place.

My grandson's burger was not cooked, he ordered medium well and it was bleeding! My salmon was over cooked and the asparagus were mushy!

It's a sad day at Joe's deli. This place is going downhill fast. I went there the other day for the first time in about 4 yrs. The prices are laughable for what you get. $16.50 for a chicken sandwich with paper thin bread, with a mealy pickle and a small side of fries? The onion rings were something my husband and I were really looking forward to. They used to be huge and loaded with breading. They are now so skimpy you can see the onion through the breading and there were even bare spots. Such a disappointment. The ranch dressing that comes with the onion rings was terribly watered down and dripped all over my shirt- nothing like it used to be. The matzo ball bowl of soup is now nearly 9$. The bowl is way smaller than it used to be and the matzo balls were about half the size. It was overly salty. It used to be loaded with chicken too. There were only a few pieces. My husband got the turkey club and said it was tasteless. It also used to be 4 sandwiches and now it is only 2. has been getting this sandwich since the 1990s and it was his favorite. Water cups are even half the size now! Can this place get any more greedy? We have been regulars since they were in the old building. I guess all good things must come to an end. It's sad to see though. After nearly 30 years of patronage we will sadly not be returning.

I'm not sure what to think about my dine in experience on a Thursday around 2pm... we got our desserts no issue while waiting for a table but once we were sat we were there probably 2 hours... about 20 min before we got the check we asked for a to go portion... well we eventually cashed out and I went to get the car, parked in a 15 min carry out order (around 30 min now after we had order it) went inside, waited another 15 min and no carryout. We requested to cancel the to go order and a woman came out, grabbed the ticket and insisted they "investigated". We pushed back some and she tossed us a 20 and said she "didn't need" our dime we offered back in change. In short, the food was very good, the staff and management made it clear they needed no other customers.... kinda sad as I took my grandparents and it's been their favorite place since the old location and my first time there. Top notch food... maybe overworked staff?

Great homemade dishes. They were out of a lot of deserts by the time we ate dinner around 7:30 pm... so get there a little earlier if you are hoping to order or take home a homemade piece of cake or pie. Otherwise, excellent as always.

I love joes but the last several times I went the food was cold. Last week I went and had to ask the waitress for every thing twice. I asked for ketchup 3 times and it never came. I asked for horseradish twice. By the time she brings it, the food is even colder. Customers shouldn’t have to keep asking for the sides over and over again. PLEASE PLEASE serve the food hot like in the past. I have to take the food to go and reheat it at home to get a hot meal.

Seated promptly and orders taken for food. Waited 1-1/2 hrs for Turkey club, Reuben, Pastrami and gyro. Sandwiches were lukewarm at best and fries so cold they were inedible. Had coffee and iced tea with couple side orders of coleslaw.Bill was almost $100. Waitress was older blonde and rude. Would never go back again.

Chances are you might need to wait at least a half hour before seated & chances are you might have to wait awhile before your food is served, but it is all 100% worth every second. The food is just delicious & the dine-in experience is at the top. They do not rush you, it is relaxing from the moment you sit down, they bring you your replacement drinks without you even asking-before you are even halfway done with first one. Amazing staff & everything about this place is just delightful.
