Jukebox is HANDS DOWN the absolute best bar in Cleveland. I’m here a couple times of week and the food is delectable and the drinks are spectacular. However, what separates jukebox from all other bars is their dedication to hospitality. Everyone who works there is a joy and a pleasure to be around. Love you guys < 3

I've gone out multiple times for every Cleveland "food" week. Waits are usually a little longer but last night with multiple empty tables, I ordered food before 730 and did not get my food til after 830. In the meant time I was charged 9 dollars for a single urban artifact beer. The perogi were delicious but the wait time at a fully seated other restaurant Monday at 6 was 15 minutes for food.

This is mine and the hubby's ¹ 1st pierogi week. Jukebox consistently anticipates the business and delivers delicious food, drinks, and excellent service. Music was fab, bingo was fun, and I can't wait to come back!

Last night was my last visit to your establishment. I stopped to get to go order just because of close proximity. It took over 40 minutes to get my order (kielbasa and pierogi). In the meantime, no updates on the order and no check in whether I want something to drink etc. Instead, your waitress was repeatedly and rudely asking me to move, inquired from another bartender while I was there for a long time just waiting. Even other patrons asked me - “you’re still here? and no order?” I regret not just walking out because the food was disgusting (and it’s not my first order of this dish). I’d rate your service lower than your food but not by much. Sad experience for Hingetown where all other food and restaurant service is amazing.

Waitress has no personality and was extremely slow to acknowledge us and even take our order.Diet coke had a weird flavor and she even acknowledged that something was wrong. Despite me switching to water, she still charged the $3 for the coke.The food, pierogi's and the burger came out cold. When I mentioned the food cold. She said that she brought it out as the bell rang. After a few moments, came back and admitted that she didn't hear the bell and the cook said it's been sitting for a while..Decided to just go elsewhere for food, as we just got off a flight and starving and wanted something to eat before we drive 2 hours home.
