I placed an online order from this location an hour and 40 minutes before closing, got to the drive-through window, and was told I am going to have to cancel my order as they do not have any food. They didn’t even offer to make me anything. So I came back the next day to see if they would just give me the food I never got instead of a refund. I went inside to talk to a manager and showed them my order on the kfc app and told them the issue.There was no offer to help.Just told me to call the store number. Some delicious Krispy krunchy Chicken KFC is finger lickin good
So I only ordered 3 KFC bowls with chicken on the side. I literally waited about 30 mins for my food. Which would've been fine if my food was fresh when I finally received it. The nuggets were hard and bowls were not really fresh. And on top of that when the girl called me back to the windows she only gave me 2 bowls. Like I shouldn't have to wait in a FAST food line for over 10 mins tops to receive old food and an incomplete order

Purely disgusting I went into wash my hands the toilets broke it smelled like it hadn't been cleaned for months you're in all over the floor bathroom mirror filled with scum bathroom sink totally dirty dirty dirty toilet paper on the floor I would eat there if I were you you're going to get sick in that place also I saw cockroaches crawling up the wall do not do not do not eat there you will get sick they're nasty disgusting I just called customer service go over there and find out but don't eat there you'll be very very sorry I called customer service left the complaint to headquarters warning don't not eat there I had to give one star to post this that's sickening

Ordered a two-piece fried chicken meal from the drive-through window. It was good; definitely an improvement over previous visits. Staff was pleasant and courteous and wore plastic gloves, which is a good safety measure. I would go back.

The worst kfc ALWAYS! Placed an order online and waited until it said ready before leaving to pickup, it however was NOT ready nor did they even have it which they informed me of upon arrival. My order came without the main order of chicken and when I tried to call them back to inform them I was ignored! The customer service was HORRIBLE and the way they prepared the food was atrocious. Asked for no pickle on the sandwiches of course there was pickles. No gravy for the mashed potatoes which I ordered WITH gravy. Not a condiment, utensil, napkin nothing! I’m embarrassed for that place it’s simply a shame if u don’t want to work don’t but when we are spending we expect some form of quality but clearly kfc on lakeshore ain’t it. This place is horrible. I went in for a pot pie and was told "we aren't making those today". It was dinner time!! There was no chicken ready either!!. I did manage to get a mashed potato bowl with only 3 pieces of chicken nuggets in it. They had NO CHANGE to give me back either. How can you gave a business in food service and not have food or change?!

I like the way the manager there handled my complaints. I was at that restaurant twice in one week and they screwed up my order both times and I went in and complained and she gave me the correct order and I felt she did the right thing and that basically, she has a customer for life.
I ordered a pot pie online they gave me a bowl without letting me know they were out then had the nerve not wanting to compensate me for the inconvenience I hate dealing with the ghetto and our people, just give me my money my money back I’m good!!!

Went thru drive thru and ordered all White for one meal. They were out and did not say anything. They tell me for the chicken tenders is a 4 minute wait. I went in 15 minutes later to get the food. Fries were missing and they gave me all dark meat for the other meal. The little girl that took the order was argumentative and rude when she the one that didn't even say they were out of white meat. This place is ghetto, how you mad cause you did not give me what I ordered and didn't even bring my food out. Why even work. Never going back
