Pretty good Spanish food in a nice environment. Mostly full plate food, not tapas style. We shared some crab cakes and calamari, and I had a stuffed salmon special. All were pretty good...entrees were gigantic portions. Most people at the table were not able to finish their meal. The food was a bit expensive...would have been nice to pay a bit less and get normal size portion. Sides are served more family style which was good. Service was friendly, but a bit rough for an expensive restaurant. Environment was nice, tablecloth tables, higher end. There is a small patio as well in the front. Would go back again.

Amazing service, and awesome ambient. The food is just not good. The seafood was overcooked, the rice was watery at the bottom of the paella which is not good at all. A paella should be burned and crispy at the bottom. The rice was also lacking in flavor and seemed like just normal boxed yellow rice. Everything seemed like it was missing something and for a paella to be watery at the bottom shows this place knows nothing about how to properly make a paella. Huge disappointment, low quality poor executed food for a massive price.

This place did not disappoint! We went early so the restaurant wasn't overly busy yet staff were incredibly attentive. The paella was amazing...definitely shareable. The sangria was also fantastic. What a delightful dining experience!
Maybe the most Spanish restaurant in Cleveland but must be the worst Spanish food from Spain. Paella was a joke, you can clearly notice that the rice was cooked separately than the seafood and most likely as Mexican style. They brought potatoes and bread that looked from Walmart. I hope they can improve their food. Service was great, the place is very nice although the music is Latino music and not Spanish

Ahhh, Mallorca. Visited Mallorca expecting to love the place. Based on reviews alone we felt this would be a special place to celebrate a birthday. Went for lunch on a Tuesday and we were the only diners which was the first Indication that something was amiss. Were promptly and cordially greated, seated and presented with menus and warm bread. Specials explained and we opted for the Sangria. The Sangria was the second flag. As mentioned in past reviews it could only be described as watery certainly never considered full body. Soups were ordered as appetizers and the garlic soup was rich with flavor.Three entrees: lobster ravioli, 4 pcs, stuffed marscapon shrimp , 3 pcs and a dish of garlic shrimp.The stuffed shrimp was the most flavorful. The garlic shrimp could have used at the very least a squeeze of fresh lemon. The ravioli presented nothing outstanding. Accompanying sides, fresh ? and ? were nicely steamed but would indicate a lack of interest in the kitchen. The yellow rice was generous in serving and the salad well chilled. No choice of dressing for salad. Potato chips made in house were also served.Taken in total the sides were all low cost items intended to supplement the small main portions. There was nothing to reflect creativity in the kitchen. The most enjoyable menu item was the flan which shared a hint of lemon that set it apart. Mallorca has won numerous awards but there are lots of restaurants more invested in sending out carefully considered meals with well thought through flavor profiles.

Incredible experience, the staff is welcoming and extremely profesional, the food is an experience on its own with a flavor you will only find at Mallorca of Cleveland! Our family will have to continue to visit Mallorca more often!

The customer service was terrible and the food was very bland I had high expectations and they where not met at all. Also the server didn’t know what we order he was unorganized and rude.
The restaurant was almost empty. We received a very friendly greeting and were given great service. Unfortunately the food was very average. I had the porch chops which came out very plain, and just alone on the plate. There was not a lot of flavor to them. I was surprised it was not more dressed with sides or sauces to be more up and flavorful and unique. My wife is vegan and ordered side rice and vegetables. Rice was not hot and the vegetable were plain with no special flavor.

Just the best. Sopa de ajo/garlic soup, calamari is perfectly done. Classic with green sauce. That is just the appetizers. We drove from Fort Wayne, IN, to eat here. It's that good. Service is top-notch. Reasonably priced. Oh, they have funky glasses.
