Went here to celebrate our birthdays and it was great! We had a slight complication at the beginning of the dinner but management made sure to make everything right and ensure we were happy!
Service was awful. They were understaffed and had awful communication. We had members of our party that did not receive their meals until all others had been done eating for more than an hour.

First problem is that they have no parking that is available.. the prices are a little higher than most restaurants of the same quality food. You're paying for the atmosphere.

Terrible food & service! They were not busy and now I see why... Jambalaya was bland and tasted like cream of mushroom soup... not mention a weird gray color!! Chicken sandwich was cold and chewy. Fried pickles taste like the salt cap fell off into them and again chewy...The manager was of no assistance.... Our server forgot our drinks multiple times, our checks were messed up and took 40 minutes to resolve... Was so excited to go there... disappointed is an understatement... DO NOT RECCOMEND

We got sat immediately, but waited 15 mins for a waitress. She brought out waters and then everyone’s other drink 20 mins later. Our food wasn’t brought out until I complained about our wait, an hour and ten mins after we sat, then it was cold. Asked for the manager three times before I got him. He comped our food, but really they need to do better training all around. Our waitress was also very inattentive. She never checked on us, at alllll.

Cheesecake Factory prices for McDonald quality food, my wife and I came here today after we stopped at 27 club, the only reason we decided to stay was because we had to pay so much to park. But I’d recommend spending your money elsewhere definitely not worth $22+ a meal

I think this establishment is super gorgeous!! It’s very aesthetically pleasing & clean, it was our first time visitingHowever when we arrived there wasn’t a hostess& we kinda lingered around the dining area for about 10mins before someone appeared…(which makes me think, how much business do they loose due to NOT HAVING A GREETER? but I guess since most people pay for parking, the public is less likely to leave because of that, I personally would’ve left if it wasn’t for that contributing factor). I did not like the drinks or food, the chicken was expensive bland horrible and chewy….Additionally it was a slow day, (barely any people in there) however it took along time for a server to serve us, and even longer for a simple order of chicken tenders & two margaritas, Honestly it’s not worth it, & I wish I would’ve read the reviews before coming here because people are STILL SAYING nearly identical stuff from 3 years ago, all the way up to present day….. which leads me to believe the establishment doesn’t care about what the people are saying, otherwise things would’ve changed

This is my new go to bar and grill,when me and my sister walked in Ken greeted us with professionality and we asked a favor(take a picture of us)and with no hesitation he asked how can i help?my sister gave him the phone and he took the pic.we sat down and Megan was on top of everything,even though they were packed,asked what we wanted to start with,ordered an appetizer and drinks,and we were served great drinks fast,and food in a timely manner.cant rave enough about this place

Went after the solar eclipse. Got there at 5:30 b/c we have young kids. We waited for 20 min for a waitress. No one ever showed up and there was barely anyone around. The hostess saw us leave and didn’t say anything. The table that was sat immediately before us also walked out without seeing a waitress. Hard to believe this place is in business.
