I would give stars if I could! We were here for our girls night out the weekend before New Years and the hostess seemed pretty rude to us. So here's what transpired - we walked in, there was no sign staying we need see the hostess before we seat ourselves, nor did anyone come to meet us at the door we stood around for a good 2-3 mins and just grabbed a high table by the door assuming it was seat yourself. Then when the hostess came we told her we're planning to order a bottle of wine (now there was only one in our group who knew and understood wine so we depended on her for suggestions, recommendations and to place the order), so my friend mentioned a particular bottle of sparkling wine and the hostess I'm turn was pressing us to get a bottle of prosecco. We politely declined and said we always get prosecco so we'd like to try this new one, she left in a huff and came back in a few stating the one we ordered was not chilled and it'd take us time and suggested something else - my friend who had placed the order had just left a few seconds ago to the restroom and wasn't back yet, so I responded we'll wait for our friend to come back to decide what we'd like to do - the hostess barely let me finish the sentence and simply walked back to the bar space. One of the other friends mentioned she saw her mumbling, making faces (sort of complaining) and we decided to leave the place cos everything seemed very hostile and rude. We still waited for a minute or two to inform her but the hostess didn't even bother meeting our eyes so we simply left. Have never had such an experience anywhere in Cleveland, and we just wanted to have a good time for our girls night out. Absolutely disappointed and will never be giving them a second chance.

We went to Great Lakes to do engagement photos done and realized they took all their patio furniture away and noticed a cute place across the street. We go in and see the cutest atmosphere and decorations and someone comes up to us and tells us to sit anywhere. When our photographer told them why we were they, they showed us this beautiful room and let us take photos in there and outside! They were so nice and accommodating, and the beer offering was awesome! We will be back to try some of their wine selection when we're downtown, and we will be definitely showing off their aesthetic and tagging them in our engagement photos! Highly recommend.

Always a enjoyable experience at the wine bar! There is plenty of room for parties or solo work days! The food is great and goes well with the wine! There are also beers on the menu if you are feeling like getting some hops in your belly! I have never had bad service here, it is a very calm atmosphere!
