It’s a little frustrating that they let you order coffee both on the indoor kiosk and in the app but then will tell you at the counter or window that they can’t serve that kind of coffee (latte, mocha, etc)If regular hot or iced are the only options, please don’t allow customers to order and pay for specialty drinks.They did issue me a refund.
