The young man who took my order was very patient and kind. I had no clue what I was doing when I walked up to order for the 1st time. The atmosphere could be better, the place looked like a hole in the wall with no definite sign up. There was only 2 people working and the cook was on his phone and joking instead of getting right to work. (I was the only person there ordering). The tacos were good, not great but good. Could have been warmer.

The help was un informative. Didn’t want to discuss differences in coffee types. Not even busy. Everyone was glum and dour. No joy in their job or serving people. Won’t go back again

The food was amazing. I got the tofu sandwich, which was legit the best thing I've ever eaten in my life.

New addition to the Tower City food court. Definitely get some bang for your buck here...got 2 empanadas and a arepa for about $10. Food was OK, didn't wow but wasn't bad. Service was nice. Food was cooked to order and took 5-10 mins to come out. Happy to see unique restaurants filling the sleepy tower city...hope to see more soon.

Hidden Gem in Tower City. Fresh authentic ingredients the best value for dollar you'll get anywhere in Downtown Cleveland.

Media Luna located in Tower City Food Court is absolutely amazing. The packaging, the taste, and the prices are great. For me if it passes the eye test it's a winner.

Food is great everything is good. They got good deserts. Good food, good drinks. They are a Latin restaurant. Service is good. They do get busy. You can call in also to order your food.Parking: If you park on the streets you have to pay between 7am-6pm anything after 6pm it's free on the streets on huron street. You can park in the parking garage for $10 maybe more depending if there's any events going on in Tower City or any game events going on like Cleveland Guardians or events at the Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse.Wheelchair accessibility: There's elevator to go up and down on.

Tons of delicious options including grab n go stuff they can warm up for you. Great service. They have indoor and outdoor seating, the patio is a relaxing vibe. I always buy way too much stuff when I come! I didn’t think prices were outrageous.

The food is so good! I’ve tried a bunch of empanadas, a burger, chicken sandwich, salads, fries and breakfast omelettes! They have a breakfast menu! Their desserts also look yummy.

Having enjoyed the food at Half Moon Bakery, I am so happy to have Media Luna open in the food court at Tower City Center which makes it much more convenient to get. Media Luna has created a nice service area with an order counter, a small display case with various flans and a nice kitchen. The menu offers Breakfast, Empanadas, Sandwiches, Salads, Arepas and Desserts. You order and pay at the counter, they prepare the food fresh and then let you know when it is ready by check number.Looking for lunch I ordered the Shrimp Empanada ($3.50) and could not resist the Chocolate Flan ($4.50). The order was ready in a couple of minutes. Rather then eating in the food court which offers a nice variety of seating I took my meal back to work with me.The Empanada was outstanding. A crispy fried dough shell was stuffed with small shrimp in a mild sauce with chopped veggies. It was cooked perfectly , tasty and filling. The Flan was a large slice, nicely balanced with a nice contrast between the moist cake and velvety set custard. If you are downtown and want a great lunch or outstanding dessert, give Media Luna a try. The food is excellent, the prices are reasonable, service is fast, the food is prepared fresh and the offerings are unique in Downtown Cleveland. Stop in and enjoy.
