Had lunch on an early April day. Outside tables weren't open yet, but they still have great ambiance. I love to come here when visiting Cleveland.

If you are looking for a mediocre fish sandwich, look no further!..coleslaw was good though.....put everything outside for the animals... when I told someone about the food, they were also disappointed...wish we would have talked earlier...lol..

The igloo is nice but when you spend 50 dollars on renting one for 2 hours and then you wait 25 minutes before you can even order drinks we watched this one couple come in about 15 mins after we got to our igloo and had a waiter in less than 1 minute and then we waited again for another 10 minutes before our waiter went to the wrong tent and when she found our tent she was not happy nor very inviting not happy with the service at all. When we finally got our appetizer the big pretzel was good but when we got our dinners the walleye sandwich was way over cooked and in my opinion not worth coming back at all was not happy with my time being here... service is very slow.

A good place to go with a few friends for its foods, service and location. You're going to love it during the warmer days because you can walk around the restaurant and enjoy the river and activities.

I went for the igloo experience and was very disappointed. 50 dollars and a mandatory 20%tip is insane to sit inside a plastic heated circle. Of course I wasn’t expecting a real igloo but cmon. Food was fine, nothing to write home about. Service would have been fine if we didn’t have to wait 15 mins to even be introduced to our server. Then another 15 or so for our second drinks. I see why the tip was mandatory added. Don’t waste your time.

If you're near the flats on a nice sunny day, you'll want to stop. Their patio has a very nice view of the crooked river at Irish town bend. The food is good and the wait staff are very friendly.Wheelchair accessibility: ADA compliant
