MILK + HONEY is a great place to get a fresh hot coffee concoction! Service is fast and the baristas are so friendly! I tried the Tumeric Latte which they made sugar free for me was delicious and made with tumeric, cinnamon, a pinch of cayenne and Oat milk. Many people order their Lavender Latte! Maybe next time…It definitely had a kick to it. It was super frothy too! They had a nice little seating area overlooking a fountain. Great place to take a break and relax.

Love the Oswald center location and I’m super happy they opened one up in tower city!Tried the Cinnamon Toast Crunch latte by the recommendation of the barista and it was delicious! The lox bagel is up to par with the one I love from the original location.

Edited:After management not only took the time to address initial complaint but also took further action to smooth over previous issues without prompting, I can't NOT increase my rating of them (originally 1 star).Overall, I do think they have great drinks and pretty solid food (even though they're still unfortunately without burritos), they appeared to have made some changes in staffing (which likely was the source of service-related issues), and management clearly handles concerns quickly and efficiently. I am still putting 4 stars due to the recency of issues; however, if they maintain their current level of service, 5 stars is likely around the corner.I do genuinely hope they ultimately find success as they are a great fit to fill the need of a non-starbucks option with a diverse menu in terminal tower is so convenient and the staff is genuinely fairly approachable.Old review:Rough around the edges. A month after opening they are frequently out of items on menu, advertises burritos but hasn't had them in stock to date, say they're closed even though they serve someone behind me because they live in the building (that I too live in), and you'll have to ask if they were making your food after the 5 people in line behind you all got their items because they lost the ticket for it. In their defense, the person on the line did give me an extra piece of toast after losing my food ticket.

So happy to have a coffee shop back in Tower City and this one does not disappoint. Everyone who works there is very friendly and the coffee always tastes great. Lots of options to choose from, from your regular coffee to fun drinks like a cinnamon toast crunch latte. Definitely try them out if you haven't yet

Been to this location several times. Not only is the coffee and food excellent, they treated my paper cut with an antiseptic towelette and band-aid! How's that for service!
