They are advertising a new and improved buttery cheesesteak sandwich. I didn't find it to be a significant difference from the old original. Look for their promotions, which may not be on their website menu. Two smaller sandwiches are currently priced at less than the larger single one and together have more food.
Visited the Richmond Heights Mr. Hero location on a Monday evening, and I just had to leave a review to say the two guys behind the counter were really working their butts off. Even with the endless online orders streaming in and a sudden rush of people in the door, they maintained their composure and professionalism, while delivering timely/accurate/tasty orders.They deserve a raise. Or at least some help and a stiff drink.

Was told while visiting Cleveland I had to go to Mr Hero and get a romanburger. Well it was very good I loved the deli meats mixed with the burger patty. This location was nice and clean and the cashier was very friendly.
