Very friendly staff. The food was cooked to perfection. I ordered the RomanBurger. The bread was soft and delicious. The toppings were fresh and tasty. You can't ask for more from a fast food place.
Love this place! The staff is great and the food is amazing. They just newly remodeled the place and it looks beautiful. If you're in cleveland and have never tried mr heros, I would highly recommend this place!!

We enjoyed our visit.The prices are just tad high.The food was really good though,and I liked the cheese sauce withmy waffle fries.The man who took our order wasnice and helpful.The lobby REALLY could have usedsome attention as all of the tables weredirty and trash was scattered around.It sure is a busy place as well.Oh, by the way, they've got lemonade and fruit punch. If you mix 2 parts lemonade and 1 part fruit punch... you get Sweetarts.?
