Good beer, nice patio, friendly staff. Ended up going here after having bad food and bad service at Great Lakes down the street. This was a much better experience. We were seated quickly, and were waited on right away. Pretty sure his name was Shane, or Sean, or similar (chill guy mustache and sunglasses), our server was on top of things and deserves a shout out. Most important takeaways; The pretzel was really good and they give you your own water pitcher at the table.

Went up to the bar with a group of friends to grab drinks and watch the game. At the time, there were a few seats available at the bar for us to sit at. After spending over $100 on drinks and hanging out for 15 minutes, we were told that we needed to leave the seats since the bar seating was “reserved for a bar crawl”. Bar seating is always first come first serve at this bar. There was no “reserved” sign on the seats. We were essentially kicked out of seats even though we paid for drinks. If this was explained to us upon arrival, there would be no complaint, but this was after our group had our drinks and were settled. Please be honest about your policies and respect your repeat patrons. We come frequently, but will seriously reconsider in future.

This used to be my favorite place on w25th. However, the last few times I've been, the kitchen has turned into a comedy of error and failure. I ordered immediately after the people next to us, and 10+ minutes before people down the bar, but our food took a half hour longer. Zero apologies, nothing offered.This is the type of treatment i woild expext from Townhall

We didn't order any food, just stopped in for a drink with our dog. One of the few bars that lets your pup indoors during the winter season, which was why we stopped in. I made a reservation and noted ahead of time we were bringing a pet! Very polite on the phone to double check with me. Staff were excellent and kind towards us and doggo and everyone loved petting her! We will definitely be back during a warmer month to enjoy the patio with the fur baby. Cool aesthetics. Recommend coming here!

Delicious food and good beers in a cool space. There is a large area inside as well as some cool patio space. I went for brunch and got the Chorizo Breakfast Wrap...one of the best breakfast burritos I have found in Cleveland. It was delicious. Service was friendly and attentive. The prices were pretty solid compared to other places. I saw signs about being voted best burger in Cleveland...so I think I need to go back soon to see if I agree.

The lack of acknowledgment from the staff is ridiculous. We came in to enjoy drinks and dinner. We chose to sit at the bar because normally you get pretty good service.NOT AT THIS PLACE!My husband and I waited for 15 minutes to order our first drink. Also, as we were waiting, there were dirty plates and glasses that weren't removed. Even after ordering our drink, we had to hand over the plates and such to have a clear area for ourselves.We received our beers, and after an HOUR of waiting to order food, we decided it was time to go. Everyone else around us who came in after we did, they received multiple drinks and even food. We had enough, and my husband had to flag someone down multiple times so that we could get out of there.Horrible customer service!!!

As an out-of-towner with several food restrictions, I am happy to say that this restaurant was able to accommodate what most can’t! I first went with some other parents while our daughters were at a dance convention being held. Our server, Jack, was fabulous! We were so happy with the place in general, that after the convention was over, my husband and I decided to bring our daughter back for a meal before we hit the road back home. It has been SO long since I’ve been able to eat an actual full meal at a restaurant, and also since I’ve had a server who was happy to help me (trust me, I’m more annoyed with my food restrictions than any restaurant staff could ever be). Long story short, Nanobrew and the staff there have my two thumbs up! Delicious food, amazing service! Thank you so, so much!Vegetarian options: Beyond burgers (no soy unlike the impossible brand) with vegan, GF bun and vegan cheese…all with no soy!Dietary restrictions: Dairy, gluten, soy, and also not a meat-eater
