Drove 40 min for this because I wanted a good Chicago style pizza. Man, this place checked all the boxes. Customer service was amazing, food was amazing, the place was super duper busy and still the wait wasn't long and the food was amazing. We will definitely be back??

We ordered a loaded baked potato pizza, BBQ chicken pizza, pepperoni lovers, breadsticks, Jalapeño poppers, and the stores pizza. I was expecting more flavor. Pizza was okay with a decent cheese pull but it just tasted "okay". All the toppings kept falling off the crust. The smores pizza is good in theory but it had so many graham crackers that it reminded me of sand. Just an off-putting texture. I travel a lot and like to order from local places...this one was my first disappointment in awhile.

I love Napoleons! Except this is now the third time they’ve messed up my order. Ordered an XL calzone and this time they provided ZERO sauce! So I have cheese and a lot bread. Very dry dinner. If only I had sauce at home. Getting to the point with this now third time messing up order or missing items I might start taking my business elsewhere. And good luck calling, I called today because all I have is bread and zero sauce I get placed on hold after the phone ringing and ringing. I held for 5 minutes before disconnecting. Food is good, when you get it all, but service is awful!

Place is horrible pizza tasted bad then we ordered two separate sets of wings and they took the lazy route and put it all in one container plan with sauce on the side like who serves wings like this. Will not be returning way better places state road pizza down the street is way better don't make the same mistake we

We’ve order from this LOCAL pizza company for years. Tonight for some reason the sameOrder we’ve order for the last few YEARs, was not a given. Where selecting our order we were able to select a half sheet and wings. Then we ordered a a high priced salad on the side. When i called back to ask about my order the operator stated I only ordered pizza and offered no alternative! To say I am disappointed is an understatement. Our family had ordered from this State Rd location for years and we have been a faithful customer.. I feel very taken back by the treatment this evening. Our family selected a half sheet sweet sauce triple pepperoni, with wings and salad. I would expect this kind of behavior from some of the other BIG BOX PIZZA co. But this local establishment I’ve come to expect goodness.

Delivery took a while however you get what you pay for. I'm new to the area and decided to try Napoleon's pizza. The sweet sauce is amazing and the toppings are of good quality. I will recommend this pizza place to any and everyone! Will be returning soon.
We got a take out pizza today, sausage and pepperoni. I can honestly say this was one of the best pizzas I have ever had, and I have been to Italy. Thick pieces of sausage, savory pepperoni, gooey, thick melted cheese! This was a perfect pizza. It was delivered hot, and it had the perfect crust, just the right thickness, not too thick, not too thin, just right. The sauce was tangy and spiced perfectly. This pizza was a work of art. It is very hard to find a good pizza. Most are forgettable, passable, but not noteworthy. We got two, so it wasn't an accident. You have to try this pizza.
