I stopped through here while on a quick trip to Cleveland! And I was not disappointed! Having seen Penn Station for years, I finally got to try it! And the subs were fresh, hot, and amazing! And the fresh cut fries!!! Muah ?! I would say check them out for a good, quick, tasty meal. And the Lemonade is AMAZING!

When you order a sandwich and they ask you if you want mushrooms and onion and you say no.!!! What exactly does no mean.. This reminds me why I don't eat there often. Chicken parm with 3 ounces of chicken. I understand profit margin but this was horrible.

People are rude. Just want to slap your food together and get out of your hair. Always messing up my teriyaki chicken which is literally chicken cheese mushrooms and onion with teriyaki sauce. Ordered food for the whole office other day, total was $80+ which is ridiculous to begin with for FIVE people’s lunch. Gave them a $100 bill as I was supposed to get $12 and some change back and they said they can’t accept $100 bills, couldn’t accept $50’s either. Absolutely atrocious, won’t EVER spend another cent here again Good Riddance!!!

I asked for a grilled Dagwood and it was cold. My fries weren’t salted, didn’t greet me at the door, didn’t ask about fresh squeeze lemonade, cookies or soft drinks. Honestly pretty rude to me, I’ll be staying away from here for a bit lol.
