Have heard about this place, and I was looking forward to it. Came in Sunday after the baseball game. Not too many people. The 5 of us sat at the bar. We all got drinks, then that was it. We must have pushed our stealth buttons on accident because we were ignored by the whole staff. After finishing our drinks and thinking about how good all the pizzas and apps we were going to order would taste, I asked for our bill. Staff enjoyed talking amongst themselves and on their phones. If you are the owner and you have cameras at the bar, check out Sunday night. I'm not sure if I will be willing to try it again, but we'll be back in town in July, get better, Pizza 216

Great architectural building, pizza place pretty plain not very interesting. We walked in the entrance from the arcade, we were then told to go to the front to be seated walk to the front then we were walked back to where we were just standing in the back? I don’t know why they couldn’t just say have a seat at this empty table right here? Very nice waitress, when I asked about the pizza, she told me it was thin crust. I'm from NJ and if you're from the East Coast, this is definitely not thin crust. This was a very thick crust pizza. Pizza was OK, but I'm also comparing it to pizza places on the East Coast, which is probably unfair. Heads up, I ordered a small/personal pizza and I was pretty hungry and I couldn't finish it, your best off splitting a small pizza with someone.

We didn't get a chance to order food, as the bar service was horrible. We were excited to try the pizza, since we heard so much about it but once we got our drinks, that was the end of service. Very disappointing.

Pizza was delicious. Wood fired and prepared quickly. Great draft selection. Hardest part was finding parking.

Happy hour, salty bartenders and juke box -- what's not to like?

Very busy and admittedly understaffed. We waited a while to be seated and also for the check. The pizza was amazing, though.

This is the best pregame spot for a meal I can think of for a Cavs/Guardians game. Prices are surprisingly fair for the location, and servers are usually great. Food is delicious. It's very kid friendly during pregame hours.

My family loves pizza ? 216! The atmosphere is great and the food is delicious. My kids are always looking forward to the next time we visit. It's a treat, going downtown for pizza and then walking around the old arcade building afterward. our favorites are the king pizza and Margherita pizza and the sweet chili chicken wings.
