Ordered dinner while on a visit to Cleveland. Pizza was NOT as ordered and PAN dough was almost flat. Cinamon buns were burnt and hard as bricks. Buyer beware of this Pizza Hut - worst in 60 plus years and that includes eating in Pizza Huts in about 40 States!

Ordered pizza, dough wasn’t done, called and was directed to a call center and let them know I had a complaint and they kept saying they were transferring me to the local store (Chester Ave at Cleveland State) which never happened. I winded up having 12 people from the call center answer and tell me the they were going to transfer me but I kept getting transferred to different people in the call center. RIDICULOUS!!! Bad business!!!!

I ordered large vegetables lovers, after I asked him I want medium chicken and medium shrimp Alfredo he told me out after that I ask him one large vegetable he told me they out of black olive and green I accept all of that he charges me banana peppers and jalapeño and he don’t pot

If I could give less than one star, I definitely would! Absolutely horrible experience! Just don't do it! I paid for food to be delivered and it never showed up. I was sent through a seemingly endless rabbit hole of phone transfers for an hour. I was even accused by a customer service representative of lying about the whole thing. I was told my order had been completed. Unless you are in the market for paying for food you never get and being called a liar, I would advise against it.

Horrible Horrible Horrible…. Please believe the one star reviews!! Places like this make me wonder why 0 stars isn’t an option. I placed an order that was never delivered… called to see what the issue was and got sent through a 30min rabbit hole of phone transfers, hangups and trying to reason with the poorly trained "customer service" staff. At the end of it, I still didn’t receive my order. If anyone is thinking about going to this place do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.

First off the food was nasty I ordered some wings tasted like soap I ordered a supreme personal Pizza they bring me cheese on hard bread and the cheese tasted old they told me they was going to deliver my order at 8:54 but send me a text said it will be 907 so I waited and waited and I didn't get my food to 9:30 and now I set up there ate the food and I feel like I have to throw up the cheese was old and I can say the wings was dry dipped in soap and honey barbecue this place should be ashamed of itself delivering food like that and why I give it one Stars cuz this Pizza Hut is terrible and they charged me $25 for some cardboard tasting Pizza no supreme just dry bread and cheese and the Pepsi that taste like water mixed with sizzle
