Someone purposely did this , I waited 30 mins for an uncooked meal fries was stale don’t eat here!! ? btw this is an uncooked meal vs an messed up order!! . I also told the waitress “ well done “ she did not listen or check it also so overall bad service ??!

Our bartender Ninoshka slept at the bar with multiple guests around waiting to order. Co-Worker didn’t even bother to wake her up. It was 10am, not even that early… love the food, love the playlist, hated the service. Whole staff hid in the kitchen the entire time they weren’t sleeping at the bar.

Nov 18 at 245. Dude with purple jacket wants to have an attitude because I was waiting incase yall was wait to be seated. Wants to say in a loud rude tone seat yo self. Like no you could of said it normal not rude. Terrible server.

Had a two hour layover, decided to grab a bite. The menu was lots of pretty pictures, but I just wanted something to fill the void. I went for the Loaded Magna Fries. Looked like the menu, but looks were deceiving. The fries were obviously air-fried and dry, not really crispy, just disappointing. The toppings were just in a little pile, but just like it had been nuked for a few minutes. I was very disappointed and only ate less than half of it. I didn't order anything else as I didn't want to tempt fate. Obviously this place is there for beers and mixed drinks.

I had a burger and side salad. The service was fine, but I have had a better burger from a vending machine. Ordered medium and it was beyond well done to the point of being crispy and completely dry. The salad was wilted and old and overall quit terrible.
