Everything was excellent once we got into the restaurant. One thing management should consider changing is making guest waiting outside before early reservations. We had a 4:30 reservation and arrived at 4:20. The doors were locked and did not open until 4:30. This wouldn't have been an issue in good weather, but wasn't practical in the rain. There were three groups of guest that had to seek shelter in other establishments. I even called the restaurant to ask when the doors would open and was told not until 4:30. If you except 4:30 reservations, you should be ready for guests to show up before 4:30, especially during inclement weather. Once inside the service and food was outstanding.

DO NOT COME HERE WITH A PARTY OVER 4. We came in for my son's birthday and waited about 40 minutes before we could actually order because our server knew they were getting that gratuity so they didn't have to put effort in. Nicole was very attentive to other tables with smaller parties. We didn't even get bread out until an HOUR after we arrived. She said they just came out of the oven but the bread was COLD and hard. All in all, we were at this place for 2 1/2 hours when we didn't need to be and had other plans. The manager tried making it right but it seemed to just annoyed the waitress further. Finally got our food out close to an hour and a half from arrival. The steak was very salty but cooked correctly, these tater tots they brought out were very mushy and just tasted like onions, they don't belong in a "steakhouse". The whipped potatoes were decent and the fondue was good. If asked to go again, I'd definitely pass. Wasn't even worth a one stop in. This is very overpriced for the service provided. Thank you to the manager for trying to help, that was really the only positive experience.

I was disappointed in the quantity and quality of food. The "8 ounce" lobster tail was half that. It also was very tough and probably overcooked. Disappointing! to say the least. I expect more from Red.

The service we received here was top notch, on top of great food & drinks! Perfect spot for a date night in downtown Cleveland.

The food was not as good as expected. Not that it was bad but for an upscale restaurant I'd expect food that would drive me back to come back. Coupled with price I would chose other places. The scalloped potatoes were very creamy and the best item that we ate. The restaurant was very noisy and there were several obnoxious guests yelling like drunkards taking away from our experience. I wish the management would have done something. Perhaps with a better ambiance we could have enjoyed the food better

We were sat upstairs. There is NO ambiance upstairs; just big empty room they threw a few tables in. I got the filet with Broiled garlic topping. It was so salty I could barely eat it. I ate maybe 1/4 of it. I didn’t want to send it back because everyone else had their meal and were eating. I can still taste that salt this morning. I had family in from out of town and chose that restaurant. I’m so sad about that because Cleveland has so many excellent restaurants!

Good bar and cocktails. Nice table. Steak tartare and scalloped potatoes were excellent. Tough ribeye steak and poor service at the end of the meal spoiled what had been a good night.

My husband suggested we try eating at your restaurant, to celebrate my birthday since we were going the see the Cavs play. Your restaurant allowed us to easily take a short walk to Rocket Mortgage Field house intake for the start of the game. We are from Akron, Ohio about 30 minutes from Cleveland and we would compare our meal to our favorite restaurant to "Flemings" just as good. The server, I am sorry I am forgetting her name was very knowledgable of the menu and very pleasant. To complete our meal we received a complimentary birthday dessert. which was a pleasant birthday surprise.

We had a Friday night reservation at 930pm, but you would have thought it was midnight on a Tuesday. Our server was mostly preoccupied with cleaning up and getting ready to go home. We rarely saw her and had to wait long gaps of time when we did ask for anything. Food was good, but uninspired. Felt very generic. The dessert was quite good, but the coffee was lukewarm. Again, it felt like we were inconveniencing the staff by coming in so late. I respectfully ask that the restaurant not offer 930pm reservations if they can't give their guests the best possible experience at that time.

Let me start with the service, it was very good, the staff were friendly and professional. The food was good quality, and well presented. But I've had much better experiences for a better price in many other restaurants. Initially we were seated in the upstairs portion of the restaurant, it felt like the annex, like a temporary pop up of a restaurant, we refused that table and were seated in a booth in the main dining room, while better that the shabby upper deck, this really wasn't a huge improvement. Cheap laminate flooring, no art on the walls, made it feel like this place was set up to make a fast buck. Steaks were excellent, but served on luke warm plates. Espresso was good, but the price was astounding. $450, then add a $90 tip. 2 glasses of Champagne (came out late) 1 bottle of Ripasso, 1 Calamari, 2 Fillet, and the special with Crab Oscar. no dessert, 2 coffees. Was a little much. It's Cleveland. I've had better for less in Zurich, Venice, Milan, Munich, Tokyo etc. The place felt greedy.

What a fantastic meal with great service. My Ribeye was cooked a perfect rare+. My guest had the pork chop, it must have been good, sides did not touch that plate until it was gone. It's definitely a great pick.

Excellent food and service. Pretty pricy in my opinion, everything is ala carte including sauces or blackening. Business model seems more fitting in the Hamptons.
