I stopped at the the food truck while it was in Ashtabula and the girl that helped me was so nice! They were about to close (which I didn't realize) but she was still super sweet and took my order. Food was great as always.

Best Japanese food I have had in Cleveland. The yakisoba noodles are to die for, you cannot find them anywhere else. The chicken is always so tender and the potstickers are delicious!

Stayed in Cleveland for the night and picked up dinner from here. Food was 8/10. The fried rice was really good; it had a nice moisture and amazing flavor. Definitely better than Panda Express. I also ordered the egg rolls and sweet & sour chicken. These items were also very yummy. For the price, I would say I was exceptionally pleased.

Ordered Samurai Dynasty off a of Door Dash and had such a great experience! The food was hot, fresh and the portion size is huge! I got the steak and chicken and the steak was so tender, and the chicken was just right! Overall was a great experience and will definitely order again!

Best Hibachi in town! I had them downtown Cleveland and I was very impressed, first off the truck is really cool! Very clean and love all the Japanese characters! The menu was simple, and the service was great! Now the FOOD!!! I got steak and chicken teriyaki over half fried rice, and half noodles with Hibachi Veggies and wow it was amazing. The steak was very tender, the teriyaki sauce on the chicken was very balanced and the noodles were my favorite, to top it off was the homemade Yum Yum sauce! Would HIGHLY recommend and can't wait to see them again!Shout out to Chef Damien!

Ugh. Food was not good!Ordered the Teriyaki Chicken hibachi, and an egg roll.Egg roll was burnt, and dried out.Chicken Teriyaki did not taste like Teriyaki at all. There was some weird seasoning on the Chicken I couldn't quite place - reminded me more of Chicken shawarma seasoning, rather than traditional Hibachi flavor.Very salty.The rice was dry, seemed reheated.Hibachi vegetables had minimal onion, and matchstick carrots, not hibachi style and freshly sliced.Zucchini was honestly the only decent thing about this dish.Quality of Chicken was what you'd expect from a mall cafeteria.Last, but not least, the yum yum sauce was yuk yuk - very thin and milked, or watered down.I did not enjoy this cuisine, and could only force myself to consume 1/4 of it due to the sodium content. Would have pitched the whole meal had I not dropped $20 for it, and had something else available to eat.Quality was poor, and could have been so much better if this place made an small change in effort.Suggestion for the chef(s). Take note. Call Gordon Ramsay to fix this.
