We had a great experience at SASA! The food was delicious and felt very fresh, and the service was very good. One of the better sushi places we've been to in Cleveland and very easy to make reservations online. Definitely planning to come back!

I have been a customer for over 10 years and in that time span the service and food have always been impeccable. Very large selections of sake and the drinks are nice and strong! My only complaint is the food portion sizes, I have yet to ever take home leftovers...

1 hour for 10 pieces of sushi and, after this long wait, the quality of the food was very poor.

Food was great but the service was weird. It looked like 1 manager was there, 1 server, and 1 food runner. We ordered appetizers and both came in a timely fashion. Manager and food runner checked on us. We had to flag the server down to order sushi. No one said anything to us about the kitchen being slow so we don't know why the 2 sushi rolls we ordered after took over 30 mins before arriving at our table. The server didn't check on us or clear appetizer plates during that time either. We immediately asked for the check and boxes. Maybe the server just had an off night? We still left a 20% tip too but we would've understood and ordered everything together if we knew it was going to be that long of a wait for sushi.

Every time we come here we are well taken care of and we get to enjoy consistent, high quality food with exceptional service, no wait, and a super chill atmosphere. Sasa is a must-go!!!

The atmosphere is decent and the service was good. The biggest issue here is the price for the quality of food you get. The food isn’t bad but you can easily go to a cheaper sushi place and get something better.

This was our 2nd time at Sasa and we've loved it both times. The menu has lots of variety, there's a very good wine and saki list, and several yummy desserts available. Service is friendly and attentive. The food is delish. We'll be back.

We drive almost an hour to get here because the sushi is absolutely the freshest and the best!!! In a world where customer service no longer exists... Sasa has it dialed in. Every server is wonderful!!! From the teas, to the sake, the wine, the salmon sashimi, the shrimp shumai.... THE LIST GOES ON of why Sasa is the best!!! Great job on creating a wonderful place for people to have an amazing dinner!! 10 Stars!!!

Fantastic dinner to celebrate the birthday of a dear friend. It was her first visit to SASA. She loved the setting, the service and the food and said she'll be back. We have been dining at SASA for years and it continues to be a big favorite. We are always happy to have a meal there!

Maybe my expectations were too high. Based on Nigiri Sushi prices, I thought it was a high-end Japanese restaurant, but it was more like a casual Asian diner with high prices. We went there for my boyfriend's birthday on Wed evening and they were not busy at all. Overall, service and food was okay level but not worth $160 for two people out the door. We ordered some nigiri sushi and their special roll but nothing was impressive. Ika Shogayaki (Calamari sauteed with ginger) was cooked too much and became tough and instead of ginger, they used very sweet teriyaki sauce. It was very strange that a server person poured too much soy sauce into our individual trays. I much rather prefer that they leave a soy sauce bottle on the table. I am Japanese so I know what sushi should be. They also put too much rice on each nigiri; sushi should be eaten with one bite but it was too big. The best thing we ordered was "SASA Fries" which my friend recommended. However, it was frustrating for me that $13 French Fries were the best among all the dishes we ordered. We may go back for French Fries but not for Sushi.

Food was so good! I had the beef brisket and the sasa Fries! The green tea dessert was delicious and such a new taste! Service was amazing! Had refills on drinks at all times! Definitely would recommend!! Atmosphere could have had music but the football game was on so it was okay!

The Japanese food at Sasa is reliably delicious. I've never had a bad experience and we eat here frequently. Whether you try a combination of small plates or a sushi roll, you will find that they pay attention to detail at Sasa. The restaurant also has a great vibe to it.
