Ordered 2 bacon cheeseburgers with fries at 2:30pm to be delivered @ 5:30 pm for lunch at work. The food didn't arrive till 8pm. Then it was so bad really couldn't eat it. The burgers where overly salted, looked like pre made frozen patties. You would think for $25 for each burger with fries you would at least get a good burger and non frozen french fries.

Never wants to cook food thats advertised says things like 1 to 2 hours for a wing dinner business has several different names doors are locked owner just sticks head out to tell you these ridiculous wait times with absolutely no one else waiting. SHADY PLACE STAY FAR AWAY

I received two orders to pick up for Uber eats here close to midnight. I got there and it’s an abandoned building that used to be a bar. The “restaurants” I was picking up for were called Taco Grille and Wing Bar, and I soon realized they aren’t real. A quick google search shows there are no such places in Cleveland. As soon as I got out of my car to go to the building the order was cancelled, not by the person who ordered the food or me.The address has several restaurants listed on ubereats and Grubhub, and they’re all fake. It seems to me like they offer high pay, double orders to get people to come in the middle of the night with no intention of giving any food. I’m grateful I had a friend waiting for me in the car because it quickly felt like a dangerous situation. Please don’t order from any of their fake restaurants and don’t go there to pick up food.

The Mac and cheese was terrible. Super salty and over cooked noodles. It tasted like someone took 2 packet of seasoning from chicken ramen noodles. And then stopped answering the phone. Instead of saying they were out, I received some quick fix microwave Mac and cheese. Never ever again

Just this morning 3:30ish a.m I got 2 request from uber eats with 2 different restaurant names, a burger place and a pizza place, same address. I get there all happy and everything.. just to find out that the place is closed, and that there are 2 other driver in the same situation than me. 1 address different restaurant names. I called ubereats support. Have them remove the orders from my file and I with the other 2 drivers, got the heck out of there.

I ordered togo through waitr. My order was accepted and I was notified my order was ready. When I arrived the place was completely vacant & no one would answer the phone. I should’ve read the reviews before ordering.

I have to give the owner of Shelia's Bar is the sweetest Man . I was broke down and had no money to get me home, I went to the Bar I asked for help with not a ? Asked The owner & manger of Shelia's gave me Money to make sure I wAs able to get home, the bar maid was very kind to me I really appreciate the help & I have to say the bar was clean, the Music was calling you on the Dance floor, it really does feel like a place where you can actually have a good time with out the drama,, I will let everyone know that I will be bringing my friends here to enjoy a good time...

I was gone order food from here until I read the reviews lol, horrible but it’s not the reviews that made me say forget it because everyone has different experiences I was still going to try it out until I read the owner’s responses, the responses are rude and I see they take no responsibility for screw ups smh

Awful just awful i placed an order on Grubhub at 12:57 am and I have been waiting at least two hours Was supposed to get my food at 3:00 it’s past that called Grubhub customer service they called the restaurant for me Grubhub calls back and tells me the restaurant says it’ll be an additional hour placed on the three hours I were already waiting.this restaurant needs to get it together
