Went to this place called 'Slices' to get a slice of cake. The only issue is they dont sell slices of cake. Seems like a rebranding is necessary here,should be called 'we only sell whole cakes, not slices'I have nothing bad to say about the quality of cakes, just seems silly to name a place 'slices' yet not sell slices.Think on it.

I ordered the amazing Coconut Chantilly 3 layer cake as a surprise for my moms birthday. I reside out of state. I ordered online and sent an uber to pick up the cake. The service overall was good. The cake was amazing according to my mother and friends. I have a great bakery to order cakes for friends and family in Cleveland.

Not only are these cakes and cheesecakes the best you.'ll ever taste, they're gorgeous. I bought a blueberry cheesecake as a gift and it weighed 8lbs. Very fair price for the amount of bakery you get.

This was my first time ordering from here and the ladies working could not have been nicer! Super friendly and welcoming environment! :) I brought the cheesecake I got home to my grandma and she absolutely lost it when I told her it was from Slices, apparently this place has been a family favorite for a while!

I tried to call the bakery on a Saturday morning. They didn’t answer during normal hours. However the online profile said they were open to 2:00 pm. I drove 40 minutes to get a piece of carrot cake. I arrived at 1:15 PM. They said they couldn’t serve me because the ladies already left. I said I tried to call and I drove 40 minutes. They didn’t care. This was for my husband’s birthday. Clear they have ZERO customer service. I will NEVER go back and I will ALWAYS tell people to go somewhere else.

I could go face first into one of their cheesecakes without any regrets. These are simply the BEST desserts in Cleveland. Period. Ordering is a breeze and the product is ready as promised with no short cuts on quality. The assortment is amazing....if you can't find something you like.... move away. As an Old Brooklyn resident, I am proud to have Slices here and for the legacy of Efty to continue on.

I ordered a Black Forest cake, best I've had in the area so far. I buy one every year for a birthday and most places either just don't make this flavor or take their own spin on it and its not good. But this one from Slices was AMAZING. It had a thick chocolate ganache (i think) layer, so rich and decadent. Will definitely be going back.

Highly Recommend! My dad's favorite cake is the Black Forest Cake, but they are hard to come by. I called on Saturday morning around 5:30am, received a call back within a few hours, and although the bakery is closed on Sunday, they were able to accommodate making it on Saturday, which was totally unexpected. I was AMAZED when we picked up the cake, it was HUGE!!! Everyone loved it, especially my dad!! It even came in an actual box instead of those flimsy white ones. Highly impressed, and will be returning in the future!! Thank you so much!!
