I love Sophies products. I actually buy Pierogi and spaetzel all of the time. I purchased pierogi today from giant eagle. Kraut Pierogi because they are my favorite.. Cooked em up. Cut them open. They were potato! I tried to find an email address to send my experience but it seems to be non existent. Really? I have photos. I have purchase receipt. What I can't find and don't have is a place to send them. I will hate to shy away from this company because of a lack of communication resource. I work during day and dont have time to call!

Horrible place. I will NEVER get food from here again. The staff was very rude and sarcastic when I went to order. I'm sorry if the food order was to big for you to handle....which apparently it was since they forgot half the order including my entire meal. I can understand if maybe you forget a coleslaw or a piece of bread, but when you forget a corned beef sandwich, 3 orders of fries, and 4 orders of cabbage and noodles you obviously aren't paying attention AT ALL. Maybe if you weren't so busy trying to rush people out of your store you'd be a little more efficient. Hopefully they'll improve their business for the next person because I know my family, friends, and co-workers won't ever be back

Sophie's is absolutely amazing! Their pierogi are the best you can find. Make sure you check out their seasonal ones too. Caught some potato and spinach last time I was there and they were awesome!
