The people there are so incompetent and lazy that they closed the register down because that only have three people working the counter . There’s not one person in line . They make “ coffee “. Literally, that’s their job and they cannot even perform that and run a cash register. That’s how dumb .

I have never encountered such a rude Starbucks store, back when I worked for the company in 2008 that kind of behavior was not tolerated. These workers have bad attitudes and make no effort to hide it. I nearly had my head bit off for asking for a cup sleeve. Today, I had the pleasure of watching the manager lecture two customers on being patient. Mind you they were waiting forever to just buy a gift card, they were more than patient. I don’t think this store will ever get it together. And no I don’t want to leave feedback on your website because it yields no results. Just a fair warning to anyone that frequents this location in the H building at the Cleveland Clinic.

The people who, work there look Miserable & are not Very Friendly! Today, I went there for a coffee & told the Cashier Twice that I'd like an "Iced" coffee & they still managed to Mess it up without being a Tad Apologetic. It would be Nice to see at Least One person Smiling & they should really work on having a Better Positive Attitude!

Not sure where to give this feedback but the only way one cna get coffee in Cleveland is if you are working at the Clinic or student at the University. As a visitor it has been frustrating to find all coffee shops are inside official buildings!

Just spent 6 bucks on a grande cafe mocha that was so poorly made it was not drinkable.I wound up throwing it I. The trash after two horrible sipsThis coupled with the rude, chaotic service, makes this a first and last visit.
I don’t understand why it takes forever for a drink. I know it is really busy but I work evening shifts when I’m going back home I order 20 minutes in advance and still I have to wait for extra time. Even though there are not busy. I’ve noticed that they talk too much and when they talk they stop working. One time there was a guy who was getting my order, he literally took almost 10 mins just to do one drink + he had to repeat it because he missed it the first time

Tonight was the second time I ordered something and a lot of things was missing!! I ordered oatmeal with extra almonds and blueberries! They gave me oatmeal with agave syrup! Nothing else and I was charged for all of them! I came up and then realized there is nothing there but just a cup of oatmeal itself !! I won’t order anything but drinks from you guys because you charge plus charge the extras but give nothing !! That’s a shame !!

This is for the H Building location and not Q Building. This location is dramatically understaffed and needs additional help ASAP. It shouldn't take 40 minutes for a drink order, and it isn't the fault of the baristas. They need more people!
