I mean come on it's a subway but the prices here are way higher than other subways in the area if I go here for a bmt combo it's 15$ if I go to another subway the same thing is 12$ so the price difference and the staff having this attitude like they are mad they are even there means even though this subway is right by my house I choose to go to a different location.....oh and it use to be two napkins for a foot long and 1 for a 6 inch but this place won't give you napkins

The customer service at this location is horrific!!! People standing in line while they fill mobile orders (if you ordered door dash, you clearly have time to wait) the customer who took time for their short lunch break and are standing in front of you should be taken care of first. I’ve left on more than one occasion and have decided to give my money to someone else.Rule #1 of customer service, take care of the customer in front of you!!!USPS

The place was decent, the workers are friendly and respectful, the food was great for a plaza store, and the atmosphere was gentle but Abit stuffy, not as in rude but more or less alien, it's a lot cleaner than the stores around it and the place seems like it's trying to hard to be good. Over all definitely going to eat there again.

DO NOT EAT HERE! This store is gross! Cross contamination everywhere! Salami in the cheese. steak in the chicken. Worker had attitude and didn't wanna change gloves after dealing with last customer. He made the sandwiches them with same gloves opened oven to grab cookies same gloves touched register. Then he realized he had gloves on.. ?? I wont be back here ever omg I can't imagine what's going on behind the scenes

I have been going to this Subway for at least 6 years and have never had any problems. They recently hired a girl with not so smooth skin who makes sloppy sandwiches, doesn’t like to give many vegetables, finishes online orders first, and laughs and talks to coworkers putting the customers last. I would’ve given them all 1 ⭐️ but the other workers shouldn’t suffer because of one bad apple. She needs to be fired. Her terrible attitude doesn’t match the renovations.

Have had good service and food, but they're subject to be closed with no exclamation when they should be open. Google says they're open tell 9pm but the sign says it closes at 8:30pm.

I am pretty sure the guy who made my subs was a new employee but they were the worst subs I have ever had a subway. Maybe the team needs to do better with training new hires.

I ordered my food on the subway app as I have many times before. I get up there and they let me know my order was canceled, because you have to order through door dash….I look at my app and it doesn’t say the order was canceled until I’m actually inside the store! Look at my account and my money is still gone! And I refuse to pay TWICE! so now I’m hungry, and 10$ poorer! Next time, let the customer know of the change when they get there and you have made the food! Tell them “next time you have to do it through DoorDash” it’s ridiculous how difficult simple customer service is in 2022!
