I've been there a few times and it's varied each time I go. Service is a little aloof at the register and the process to get you food is odd. They give you a number and or take your name but they just call out the type of soup. The tomato soup wasn't not bad, but the lobster bisque terrible (too thin and watery for a bisque). So if you go in with low expectations you won't be disappointed and you might be surprised.

Great classic soups in a large, casual restaurant. We just happened upon it while shopping downtown.m, and would definitely go again! The chicken and dumpling was so comforting, and the chicken paprikash was different and delicious.

I have dined in, taken out and had food delivered from these guys (sorry gals too)..Everything is really fresh no matter if I order a hot meal or a salad.Their Corned Beef is AMAZING.Kid-friendliness: Plenty of space in the booths for a high chair or booster.

I was running a few errands when I got an alert from Tower City that Susy's Soup was giving away free burgers to the first fifty people. As they were bringing it back for the summer; I thought why not go down and checkout these burgers they have here. Well... unfortunately I was too late. WOMP WOMP! They just sold to the last person before I arrived, but I was told that they will have more tomorrow. So instead I decided to try something else from their menu as they have plenty of delicious items to choose from. I tried their corn beef sandwich w/ a slice of pickle on the side. Delicious! Fun fact they have been around for twenty-two years. They have two locations you can check out while your in town; Reserve Square and Tower City. The staff were nice and helpful. If your ever in Tower City; check out Susy's Soup as they are located on the third floor towards the back on the right side.

I just got my tongue pierced and I was on the search for some good soft food…I definitely found the perfect place when I ordered the chicken paprikash, famous beef chili and chicken dumpling.They were supposed to last for the next couple of days but they were so good I ate them all in the same day. I WILL DEF BE ORDERING AGAINAll of them are so meaty and delicious I couldn’t even tell you a favorite but I will be trying the whole menu for sure.

For this I could of made at home . The wait was at least 20 minutes for a breakfast burrito . Very small burrito for 11$ , cook didn't follow the notes the cashier added as far as my add ons. I got my potatoes in a to go cup , burnt ... neither was seasoned . I noticed staff walking around , no team work effort at least help out. The burrito was built so wrong .nothing was evenly distributed Right was meat , left side was eggs . side by side . Really my brotha ?
