There was no direction when we entered and when we were in line the salesman walked about for 10 minutes. Several customers left and went home because there was no one there to check them out. I said something to the lady behind the tall chairs counter and she gave me attitude about having to wait.

Wow, such a fun shop. We stopped in on our way back home to Chicago and had a really good experience. They have a HUGE variety of Candies, snacks, toys, and other fun things for "kids" of all ages. Service is helpful and friendly, and we really enjoyed the ice cream from the soda shop area. I went in with a 100$ max budget and got a lot of great treats. Of course, I wish I could have gotten more, but that's why I will definitely be back soon. Would recommend. Note: I was in search of the original 'sweet and sour' CHARMS lollipops but unfortunately, that was the 1 candy they didn't seem to have. Not to worry, I found another similar lollipop to try out.

I am not sure which rocks more... They have rope swing seats and they make their own ice cream to go with the various flavors of cane sugar flavored sodas!Parking: Park in 1 spot to walk to the candy store, the mini-golf courses and the soda shoppe... If you want, you can sometimes grab a bite of something from a food truck when they are there throughout the summer and then hit up the soda shoppe for dessert!

This place definitely defines as like being a kid inside of a candy store. Love how the place brings back childhood memories with certain candy that it's hard to find and the hopscotch on the sidewalk. ? I also love the soda pop store next door and the mini golf course, too.

I was literally like a kid in the candy store. It was mind boggling. I didn't get to travel the entire store because I would have been broke. For anyone who loves candy this is the place. Pricey though.
