We had a wonderful birthday celebration in their banquet room! I would highly recommend this place for any sort of celebration etc. price was fair and we enjoyed the food, atmosphere, and service. Alison was amazing the whole night and very attentive.

Came here after the Cleveland Bridal show at the IX center. Our server was great. This is a sports bar burger and pizza place. The food was good and it came out quick. I'd definitely come back.

Was here late last summer and loved it, came back recently and unfortunately they lost the recipe since the last time. Waited close to 5 minutes for the hostess to come to her station to seat us. The burger that was so good last summer this time was not cooked properly, ordered medium rare and it was medium at best...no pink. Ordered hand cut fries, they're not. They are those lousy bagged fries and they were not good at all. Wife ordered sirloin tips and noodles, she said they were 'ok' which is her nice way of saying they weren't very good. They add a 2.5% convienence charge if paying by credit card. This was added to our bill before the server even knew how we were paying, how many paying cash never notice this charge. This is a charge normally fixed in the price of food, it shouts 'we're too cheap to print new menu's'. Server never came to check on how our meals tasted, only came right after the food was delivered to ask if everything looked ok. Wanted to make this a place in our restaurant rotation, not now. Doubt we'll be back anytime soon.

The staff were rude and disrespectful ? despite a 20-minute wait, the staff didn't allocate a table for a small group and instead rudely asked us to leave.

In town for the IX Home & Garden show and have popped in for dinner twice this week. Both times the food was excellent and we had really friendly service. If i lived nearby I'd make this a regular spot for my burger fix!

I pay almost 16.00 dollars for a salad and if I ask for an extra dressing get charged .75 cents. Really ! Would be mice if owner fixed lighting in booth area also fix blinds so they work. Good place could be better with just a little work.
Nice hang-out near the house with a decent food selection and daily specials.

My family and I visited this bar and grill this Sunday. Terrible experience eith the food that night. My family and I ordered pizza wings and fries. The pizza was great. Our wings were big and very saucy in which I had to send some back because my 6 year old could not it them. Our French fries and also loaded fries had hard pieces of penne noodles in them like they have been fried with the fries and I am taking about many pieces of them which is nasty and was also a chocking hazard for my 3 year old we lost our appetite and left. However the manger did come over and take some things off we did still end up spending $60 which I think our meal should of been free seeing we were not satisfied and my child almost chocked that’s how we noticed the noddles were in the fries. We will never be back here again we use to love this place

We went for the Monday burger special. I ordered the burger with pulled pork and Mac and cheese. Everything was great but the mac and cheese, I expected the creamy cheesy Mac and cheese goodness but got the discounted 33 cent box no taste stuff. I picked it off.

worst has been , we seem to get the same older blond waitress she always acts like shes doing us a favor to come to the table . usually doesnt come back until we are done eating and its not busy there was only one other table and she wasnt waiting on them. ive tried to give her the benefit of the doubt but shes never been good . the other day we had no power for over a day it was real cold and we were hungry, we called ahead but said we'd probably dine in , we were there about 15min after calling , we still always tip 20% even if we do that ,well the pizza was burnt we ate some of it were so hungry and she didnt come back till we were done and had to call her over. when we told her pizza was burnt she said some people like it that way ,and that we shouldn't of called ahead , and walked away, we have had the pizza many times it wasnt like that very bad service and food was too well done .
