Bought the curry chicken, fish tacos, and salad. Ate out on the patio on a delightful warm summer night. Great service. Loved learning about the restaurant. Welcome to the new home of Callaloo Cafe! This corner nook in Cedar-Lee is inviting and bright, serving unpretentious Trinidadian comfort food with flair.I got the roti with curried chicken and it was fabulous. The chicken was fall off the bone tender, the spices were bold but balanced, and the owner/cook/server triple threat excitedly talked me through the flavor profiles when I asked.
