They have really good bagel sandwiches. At one time I used to go here several times a week. But now... They are consistently inconsistent. I order the same thing every time the price always varies and the quality of it. I ordered the Midtown special half egg extra hot pepper jam cut in half. Sometimes extra jams on it sometimes it's not sometimes it's on the side sometimes it's not. Sometimes they charged me $1.50 sometimes they don't I sometimes it's kind of sometimes it's not. Some of the people in the front of the house aren't very friendly at all. Sometimes it looks like they just rolled out of bed. Some women have very messy hair although it's tied back I don't see how the tie is keeping hair from potentially getting into food.I'm sick of paying for something when it's never up to par with the actual order. I probably won't go back. I'm just so disgusted with how dissatisfying this place is as of the last year. Also I find it annoying how since COVID the restrooms are now only for employees.

Im from the West Side. LOVE THE PARKING! Love the new roads to get there. Came in to pick up Bagels for my crew. Today is a half day. Store had AMPLE parking as you can see. Great friendly service from someone in the neighborhood. It was nice to see all those people in the back working too. Knowing they are all making 15+ an hour is nice. Feels good to support this local cleveland business I have been a customer of since the opened their West Side location. LOVE IT. One a side note. The cinnamon cranberry bagel tastes like NOTHING I have ever had before I am used to Boston (Where I grew up) and New York they have NOTHING on Cleveland bagel. The brie walnut schmear!? cmon. That is awesomeParking: There is street parking, There is a lot that is huge. You can park your brand new Vehicle without worrying about door dings or being out on a busy street! Great in and out location. A Nice BikeCleveland rack is out front too if you are a commuting cyclist like I am.

Came here a little bit ago for some takeout after work. Service was fast, friendly, and helpful, and the cashier helped me pick out some things that sounded good. For a drink, I got the Guardian Cold Brew, and for my meal I got the Smoked Salmon Sandwich with Thyme Black Pepper Horseradish Schmear. The drink was good, just like a cold black coffee, basically. The sandwich was decent. The flavor was a little strong, and the sandwich itself fell apart completely as I ate it. I think, overall, I was satisfied, and I'd be interested in trying their other bagels!

Saw this place the last time I drove down from Detroit and was like that spot look cute and whatevah. Do I added it to the list. I drove down to take photos of the city after getting some new film and after was hungry af so decided to hit wm up. Went in originally thinking g I was gonna do the bacon egg and cheese breakfast Bagel but saw they had a smoked salmon when I arrived and was like OMG?. (Hige salmon lover here) so I got it instead with the honey walnut schmear, still not sure what it was but It was good lol ?. I got a small coffee to go with to help warm my hands. The coffee could had been stronger. It was a tad weak for my taste but the service and food made up. I forgot to order the Oj but it looked good must be local just judging off the packaging. They're only open from 6-1 and the service was pretty speedy. There's a nice table thing you can lean against while you wait not sure if they allow folks to eat I side but most were eating in their cars outside but some outdoor seating could be useful but I can see where that could be a burden. They have a huge assortment of bagels and a decent variety of sandwiches. Even vegan and gluten free options. Definitely recommend. Parking is easy and they accept tap to pay.
