This reminds me of the Pizza places in downtown Staten Island New York City. The Pizza is fresh, full of flavor and wonderful people serving it hot.Well worth finding and trying a slice.

Wouldn’t recommend this place! The lady at the register had a very rude and untrustworthy attitude. I asked for water and she poured it from rusty sink. I asked her if they had filtered water, and she replied “yeah but it comes out orange!” I asked if she trusted the tap water, she said “no.” So why would she give it to me?! She then rushed me away stating “go ahead and sit down until your food is ready.” After sitting down for a few minutes, I decided to get my money back and try a different restaurant. I’m big on energy and positive vibes when it comes to the preparation of my food.

Couldn't get around to the food, walked in to horrible service from an older lady at the desk, was not friendly or welcoming at all, was greeted with a very aggressive attitude, not sure why , maybe I was too friendly, tried to push through asked for water with my food and she gave water from where they wash their hands , when asked if she would drink it from there she laughed and said "NOPE" did not trust anything after that walked out..very disappointed after reading the other reviews..

Salads and sandwiches are delicious and a good value. The pizza is excellent -- lots of cheese and tasty toppings. The prices are very reasonable and there is plenty of seating in this clean family restaurant. Great spot for a quick and affordable bite to eat.

It's a fast, cheap lunch downtown. Walk along the counter and pick your pizza from a dozen or more options. They heat them up for you and you are on your way. You can dine in or hit the road.No frills, and the pizza is ok.

So I was introduced to this place's pizza when I moved to Cleveland 2 years ago and have never looked back. They are in downtown and I'm about 30 mins away, so they don't deliver, but since the pizza is so good, we either have friends on the weekend bring it or parents take it with them after they're done with their work day downtown. In short, we make sure we consume this pizza often. Now, the first time I actually walked through the doors was yesterday before a cavs game and let me tell you I was so disappointed by one of the staff. We ordered 2 pizzas to go, but ended up changing our plans and stayed in. Older lady cleaning came up to us and said "are you eating this here?" And we said yes, if that's ok, "she said but you ordered to go" gave us a side eye and proceeded on. I follow this lady with my eyes cause at this point the exchange was intriguing to me, and she proceeds to talk crap about certain people who order to go and stay to eat to other customers at another table. Raising her voice so we can hear her, looking at us and talking about us eating. WOW!! Is this high school?? Never expected 1) a business staff to do this, especially a business we constantly order and recommend 2) an older lady to get so rattled about us eating from boxes that she felt the need to humiliate us. I guess she had no idea what fans we WERE. Ill finish this off by saying that I had no idea there was a surcharge for eating in, We're talking a couple of bucks here, but I didn't know, so I asked my husband why she was making such a big deal about it and we could only think of this. So I would have gladly understood if someone came up to us and politely told us "hey guys, next time...." Other staff said nothing about it probably cause they recognized one of us from being repeat customer, they were really nice too, just not this older lady who decided to rain on our pizza parade. My recommendation, just take it to go, or for goodness sake, eat from a plate not from a box! Otherwise you run the risk of getting lambasted from this lady. Wish it was a different experience

Best NY style pizza in Cleveland!!! I've been wanting to try this place for years and I was not disappointed!

A surprisingly large eatery in downtown Cleveland that, as other Yelpers have mentioned, really does feel like a New York-style slice shop. Depending on availability, there are a variety of ready-made, ready-sliced pizze available, and they can pop anything back into the oven to reheat for you. In my case, meatier options were exactly as meaty as I wanted - plus they were reasonably portioned given the very reasonable prices. Service was friendly too. My only gripe is that it's only open in the afternoons - and not quite late enough for, say, Cavs games or other downtown events. I hope they manage to stick around even with the drop in daytime foot traffic downtown. So if you're out and about and want a quick, inexpensive bite to eat - all in a large, airy venue with plenty of seating, then this does the trick.

I came for a lunch with my fiancé while visiting town. The prices were great, the pizza was fresh and tasted pretty amazing. Really enjoyed the margarita pizza with its very garlicky flavor. The best, and I mean absolute best part was the cookie. Truly amazing!

Compared to other "fast-food" type pizza places, Vincenza is definitely a winner compared to others. A great little pizza joint with pizza made fresh every day. I've been to Vincenza's twice and my favourite so far is definitely their stuffed pizza. One thing that I like about Vincenza is that they give a side of marinara sauce for you to dip your pizza in instead of the typical garlic dip that most people opt for. Vincenza's gives you like a fast-food sort of vibe, but don't let this turn you off from trying their pizza. There's a reason that they've been a staple of downtown Cleveland for years! They're pretty busy during meal-time, but their service is quick and always with a smile. The slices of pizza are extremely affordable, and the portions of each slice is pretty generous for the price. Two slices of pizza is probably enough to satisfy your hunger. I would recommend going to Vincenza's earlier in the day or evening so that you have all the choices of pizza they offer. Once they sell out for the evening, they don't make more of the pizza until the next day.

Great customer service and the food is delicious every time! I don't think I've had anything I didn't like there. You deserve to try a cookie near the register though.

Pizza is delicious but this place is so hard to find open if you have a job thats 10hr or 12hr shift job. Almost every time I want to go here it's closed or closing so you can get take out. I wish it stayed open later on the weekends at least.
