Mary Johnson has been my Personal Trainer for approximately 90 days. She is great at her craft, very professional, consistent, and knowledgeable! Mary is a beautiful soul inside and out. She truly cares about my well-being and has provided me with a new found love for weights and strength training, in addition to sustainable tips and habits to live by. I was happy to find a vegan restaurant within walking distance from my hotel. I ordered the Bohanon Boy, the v-fries, and a Caesar salad.I enjoyed the Bohanon Boy. It had a strong flavor of something I recognize but couldn't quite remember - maybe gravy or worcestershire? It was a $12 sandwich and I think that was pretty reasonable from a locally owned vegan restaurant. It was tasty and I would order again.The fries were $3.50 (I didn't get a combo) and I would say that was a fair portion if added as a side. They weren't my favorite texture-wise. They were a little limp/soggy, but that could have just been because I didn't get into them right away (maybe 10 minutes) so the humidity in the container might have contributed to the texture.The last thing I had was the Caesar salad. For $7 I would not recommend the salad. Flavor was good, portion was not.I would definitely like to visit again to try the other sandwiches next time I'm back in Cleveland.

I enter the building while wearing my work uniform, hard hat, steel toe boots AND AS MY SECOND FOOT CROSSED THE THRESHOLD [with little to no eye contact] I'm told by the man behind the counter "no public restrooms" I snap back "what If I'm buying something " He says "Now, we're talkin' " and with THAT, I said "What a warm welcome, I think I'll just leave".

The vegan lasagna. I could not believe it wasn’t real meat!
I called last minute with a request for a 20 person business meeting. Not only was the food ready on time but the owner made sure I didn't over order to spend more than I had to. The portions were very healthy (enough for everyone with some people to have food take home) and everyone loved it !!! Both vegan and non vegan raved about how good the veggie wraps and grilled pepper steak rice were. Vitamin Kandie is the best.
