Burgers are my thing, and I love their burgers! Definitely in my top 5. Wish we still had one in Florida, I'd go as much as I could. I recommend the "double decker" with the tots! Their fried onions are good, too!

I've been coming to wahlburgers for 4yrs and I love the staff and atmosphere. They're always courteous and your food comes out in a timely matter. There has been a change in servers and it shows because now you have to chase certain ones down for a refill or utensil. The menu needs more tweaking, I like that they have new loaded tots but add some mashed potatoes & salmon burgers ? I hope to see those on the menu soon because I love wahlburgers

My husband and I went to the downtown Cleveland location a week ago, I've never eaten here and was super excited. Upon walking in the sign said please wait to be seated. The female bartender saw us walk in and said nothing, after waiting for a bit Noone greeted us or sat us so we left. There was only patrons at the bar the place wasn't busy whatsoever. Completely bummed by our experience ?

I just don't understand why it is so hard, for the staff there to follow instructions. I ask for additional items on my burger and not to put the horrible sauce on my sandwich and the do every time. I will not purchase or visit the place again. The have lost me as customer forever.
