This place has the best Korean fried chicken around! They make their with chicken thigh which is the way to do it! Been here multiple times and mine and hubbys favorite place to go for KFC and some good noodles! They are always so nice here. We’ve never had a bad experience and it’s a great atmosphere. Highly recommend.

One of the best ramen shops in Cleveland. I thought the service was top notch. The atmosphere was pleasant and VERY clean! And the ramen was excellent. You get what you pay for here! The tonkotsu ramen was delicious! I will be back any chance I get!

Joslyn was an outstanding server and remembered all our orders! We enjoyed our overall experience. My boneless Korean fried chicken rice bowl was yummy and I had enough for leftovers. The chicken was crispy yet didn’t feel heavy to eat. We also tried appetizers - dumplings and Kimchi balls. Those were great too!

This is some of the best noodles I've ever had. I got the pork ramen that had a 72-hour pork broth. So yummy. But they have lots of other choices for all kinds of pallets. Very nice staff and very casual atmosphere. I definitely recommend this.

The atmosphere was outstanding. Next time I will be sitting in a window nook. The cocktails were mixed to perfection. Bao buns were outstanding as well as the spicy pork dumplings. The wonton ramen was great, and I loved that there were multiple egg options. The mochi and cheesecake were a fantastic way to end the meal. Service was perfect, and our waitress was incredibly sweet. Can’t wait to come back
I've been to Xinji noodle a number of times now. The bao there is really good, the ramen is very hit or miss. Sometimes it's pretty good, sometimes it meh to bad. There's been a number of times when I don't want to finish the broth at the end. I've come to the conclusion that it's just fine, but not something I'd seek out when looking for ramen because there are better places out there.

DELICIOUS. We ended up here as we saw how close it was to our air bnb and we love ramen. This fulfilled all of our expectations. We got the 3 different kimchi balls, the fried chicken bao, and the black garlic pork ramen. All were unique and tasty. Will certainly be back again.
